We have not had any issues with the Meraki WiFi Access Point hardware but we did encounter a problem with a Meraki LAN switch that failed to power up. Upon a email into the Meraki Support, they promptly called back and we went over some quick tests to determine a power supply problem. A replacement LAN switch was sent to me the next day.

Cisco Meraki support has been very helpful when it comes to troubleshooting and supporting their products. There is an online knowledge base with tons of documentation and there is also 24x7 phone support available as part of the dashboard license. Every time I've called support, the engineer I spoke with has been very informative and dedicated to resolving my problems.

Generally, support is pretty good. There are a lot of engineers on the support side that really knows what they are doing. There have been times when it has been hard to get specific information from them, however, and other times when we have found that features that seem to be missing are actually there, but require tech support to enable them, instead of having them on some kind of "advanced" setting page.

Support for all my Meraki products has been outstanding. While I've never had to contact support for an issue with these APs, I expect support to fall in line with the experience I've had getting help with my other Meraki products.
