What makes this Cisco switches a big deal for our business is the ease of programing, low latency, and high port density. In addition, scaling is easy and we have better network monitoring.

We use them in Data Center LAN scenario, mostly to interconnect different vendor products like databases, firewalls, load balancers. Also they are responsible for the layer 2 and 3 communication inside and outside the network.
