The Cisco Small Business 100 Series Wireless Access Points solution has been used by the company since the COVID-19 pandemic. We had to work from home for a long time and with that the company decided to provide a Cisco WAP125 access point for us to work and access the intranet network and make videoconferences. The equipment is excellent, it has a very good signal coverage range that surprised me, the signal managed to reach the two floors of my house. The access point helped solve the work problem for us while unfortunately the covid-19 pandemic was critical in the world.

Cisco SMB 150 Series Wireless Access Points were sized through a Site Survey and installed in select administrative buildings to create a reliable WLAN network for staff and patient use. It's a job that took almost three months to scale with the Site Survey, and then the company bought and installed it in the buildings. We have been using it for more than one year to access the internet using mobile devices, notebooks, and desktops with Wi-Fi bundle. The Wireless network arrived to create the mobility scenario and offer users access to the internet while waiting for their medical appointments at the clinics.

We have been using some WAP150 access points in company branches for almost two years now. These are great value access points with Cisco quality and durability. Our scenario has a maximum of three per location and is enough to serve small branches. The WAP150 and other models we use in the company are managed remotely by Cisco FindIT Network Management software. These devices work in the 802.11ac wave protocol, which guarantees speeds of up to 1.2Gbps in the 5ghz radio frequency. It's ideal for small business scenarios and doesn't rely on a main controller because the access point can cluster up to four devices.

In our case, we use the Cisco Small Business 100 Series Wireless Access Points solution in our more than 100 points of presence distributed throughout the country. In these sites we must handle the mixed complexity of administrative or commercial users as well as operational users who use different types of mobile devices to carry out their daily tasks. Additionally, we must provide connectivity to customers who visit us in our stores, who on many occasions must carry out operations through our online platforms.

Cisco Small Business AP are the backbone of about 75% of the wireless service we offer. The devices are very steadfast and simple to administer. The sole issue we ran into were remote update issues. Sometimes the devices would contact abrupt during or after the process. A few of them were disabled due to poorly created files.

Before work-from-home, Internet deliverability was the no. 1 priority for any office. If employees can't get good Wi-Fi connections in every corner of the office, it leads to lost productivity, employee unhappiness, and also impacts the ability for teams to have meetings with customers and potential customers--directly impacting the success of those conversations, demos, etc. Wi-Fi access points are definitely a whole-company issue and are used by everyone, almost every minute of every day.
