Cisco Webex allows our company to meet effortlessly online with members from across the world.The features are vast and allows us to share screen, documents and information with ease. It allows us to have problem solving meetings and join together to address issues within our company. As a user, it is easy to use and functional for everything we need.

We use Cisco Webex Board Series for our real-time video conferencing needs between our board and conference rooms and remote participants working from home or other remote offices. We also use Cisco Webex Board Series to let us collaborate with remote meeting participants via a virtual whiteboard with touch support and shared documents, which has enabled us to work better and more efficiently and support more employees working from home or working elsewhere than in the main office.

We use CIsco Webex Board Series in our training rooms to provide the in-classroom experience for students that are working from home. The fact that you can join any Webex or audio conference from the device and have crystal-clear two-way audio saved us from investing in a conference phone.

All departments of my company use it. It is regularly used to hold client meetings and share information. During face-to-face meetings in the office, the blackboard functionality is used to make diagrams or define activities and later share them with a group that is in Webex with all the meeting participants. Additionally, it helps us to experience a sense of presence with our clients and co-workers.

We use the Board for our internal and external meetings. It provides a great experience, we can utilize all the features that Webex provides, like screen sharing, white boards (for drawing), file sharing, voice commands, schedule meetings, agenda, etc. It also integrates face recognition and camera focus to the current speaker. It includes the camera, microphone and high quality screen (it really helps, we look great!), so you only need to connect it to the AC and to the network (Wi-Fi or wired).

We have Cisco Webex Board Series in office huddle spaces for use by any employee. It simplifies meeting rooms by being an all-in-one device for video conferencing, sharing, white boarding, and telephone calls. The built-in WebRTC components mean it works with Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft meetings. These devices have some limitations on getting whiteboards off the device and the stylus going missing. On-screen controls are easy to use. But sharing computer screens during a meeting requires an HDMI cable or sharing through the Webex app. In most areas, the HDMI cable isn't even supplied.

Due to the pandemic, the company had to update much faster and thanks to Cisco Webex Board Series technology we have been able to hold video calls with all our clients in the United States and Latin America. This has allowed the operation of the company at all times, especially now in a context where it is not possible to travel for business due to the restrictions of each country.

Cisco Webex Board Series is used in our organization mainly as a video-conferencing and a wireless presentation tool. It is mainly used by the departments related to IT services(programmers, project managers, quality assurance engineers). Cisco Webex Board Series allows us to have a better experience while having team meetings or discussions. It is also a go-to program for us while contacting our partners outside our country.

We use Webex Boards in our 3 branches as a multi-function tool. It's a video conferencing tool plus it's a whiteboard for brainstorming sessions and it's also used for presentation purposes. We mostly have it up in smaller 6 people rooms such as huddle spaces or secondary board rooms. We use it all the time for our Sales meetings.
