Cisco Webex Room Series

The operation that it has is very similar, the reason why it is decided to acquire the room kit is that our company manages the Cisco portfolio which makes it easier to acquire and renew all our equipment every 3 years but we could use a cop if we do not have everything costume. If you have the Webex suite, it's a great collaboration tool.

When it comes to compatibility with other systems, the Cisco Webex Room Series offers the most leeway. Without an additional Cisco license, the Room Series can connect to Zoom and Microsoft Teams rooms. When compared to our product, the alternatives from other manufacturers either don't function at all or need an additional license. For local presentations, we may mirror the output on both screens; in a video conference, the participants will appear on the left screen and the material, if any, will appear on the right.

The Cisco Webex Room Series is the most flexible in terms of interoperability. The Room Series can join both Zoom and Teams rooms without requiring any extra Cisco licensing. The other vendors either don't work at all or require extra licensing in some cases

Cisco Webex Room Series is stable, comes with timely updates, has the latest technology, getting upgraded with all features as per requirement.

We tend to purchase the Cisco Webex Room Series for larger rooms with the dual-screen option (ie: 55 or 70-inch dual screens). We're able to duplicate the output on each screen for local presentations and if on a video call the participants will show up on the left screen while content (if included) will show up on the right screen.

CWRS stacks up against mentioned software as it provides a full experience on communication and real-time collaboration. Other software commonly present the following issues that CWRS does not:

• Session 30min limit.
• No bilateral control request.
• Slow packet transfer rates.

That having been said, CWRS is a complete tool and stands up pretty far from any other similar software.

The major difference the clients are going to look at is cost, upfront and ongoing.

The Cisco room kits it a cut above the rest of the competition, the interface is easy to use and intuitive. The video quality is best in class. I would recommend that you get one or more if you run any sort of remote training or town halls

webex is the best option for meetings...

The interface of Cisco Webex [Room Series] is far better than the rest [of the] three mentioned above. The clarity of sound and voice is also good, which makes communication easy and simple. It is a professional product that is widely being used by mostly all the customers supported by my company. It is [a] highly recommended product.

Cisco never fails to impress end users. Cisco WebEx room series provides versatility and at the same time it has excellent feature set. Using a touch controller you can manage meeting by sitting in any corner of the room. You can also mute /unmute any person using touch controller. It's interface is very easy to use and does not require any technical support.

I have used [Cisco] Webex Desk Pro and also Microsoft Surface Pro and hub and they don't stand a chance in front of the [Cisco Webex] Room [Series] kit 70 G2 Dual as it offers [a] dual-screen experience with 1080p and 2160p video support all in one unit [with] a camera, speaker, mic, touchscreen for conducting any type of meeting easily.

Unfortunately, I cannot say anything about a different brand [as] a competitor, but I choose [Cisco] Webex Room Series as it's a more complete setup than other brands that require third-party platforms and sometimes don't work very well.

[Cisco] Webex Room [Series] devices are the most advanced devices for customer and local IT satisfaction. The installation is so simple and easy that the nearly anybody is able to install the device. Cisco takes care of software updates and monitoring. If a system has a problem, IT will get an notification. We never had a single outage/replacement of one of our systems so far.

Cisco Webex Room Series has the largest range of room options in a suite that is cohesive, global, and centralized. The hardware has a long service life [and] is quick to deploy, reliable, and easy to manage.

The quality of the Logitech Rally series camera is sub-par in comparison to the Room Series Cameras. Also, the audio and noise cancelation features on the [Cisco Webex] Room [Series] kit make it a far superior product. Also to note, there is no wireless sharing feature on the Logitech Rally series whereas it is on the [Cisco Webex] Room [Series] kit.

[Cisco] Webex [Room Series] integrates into a room much better than the others.

Integration with Cisco ecosystems (CUCM, TMS, Expressway, etc...).

[Cisco Webex] Room Series really makes a fully immersive video meeting easy.

[Out of] Polycom [RealPresence Group Series] Studio systems and [the] G7500, I prefer the [Cisco] Webex [Room Series] devices and management capabilities.

We explored Polycom devices with [Microsoft] Teams meetings before moving to Cisco [Webex Room Series]. The experience with Cisco [Webex] Room Series is certainly better. The analytics are certainly better and it integrates better with our existing Cisco on-premises servers.
