Whenever we have issues with WebEx Meetings, mostly with large-scale meetings, we have always been able to pinpoint the cause of the issues (if any) whenever we make cases. One downside is during any issue, you would have to be aware and have important details of the meeting and the issue (including time stamps) on hand, as if not, the investigation would be delayed and/or not completed properly.

I work with Cisco TAC, at least once a week. They never fail to provide wonderful support, and are always willing to go above and beyond to find the answer to whatever might go wrong. They support their products and know them inside and out, much better than many other competitors. There are no hoops to jump through to get the thorough and fast support that you need. I even use Webex App to communicate directly with many of the TAC engineers that I work with.

I have had to manually get connected to meetings once or twice in the past and it seems like the agent was able to quickly plug me in when I was having difficulty. This is the only time I can recall using support, so I do not have much else to share on the topic

Over the years I have never had a need to contact Webex support, it could only mean that the product is excellent. I know from our IT teams that administering/back-end wasn't easy for our global setup. I'm also aware that they had the necessary support and training from Cisco, most importantly the local support which most software companies didn't provide back then.

We can get support from the Webex user Community page more easily, without any cost of standard or premium support. More topics and problems are addressed there, so most of the problems can be analyzed and resolved with the posts of the community page. I have not used the Webex/Cisco standard or premium support so, far, so no understanding of the quality.

It seems ok, we have had a few issues in the past but the Webex App support has been pretty good in identifying the problem and giving solutions to the issues. So overall, fairly good and responsive support which is good to see for a large scale organization in these times

The support is exceptional. I was really torn between 9 and 10, but the real rating is closer to 10 than it is 9. Theirs own support center is easy to find and has a multitude of solutions contained therein. It's brilliant how you can share your issues with other users, through text, phone call, messageing and video and collaborate effectively to resolve any problems. There is so much help that you never feel isolated. Troubleshooting no longer seems such a laborious process.

I can open a ticket with TAC just for Webex right from the main support ticket page. Then I know I get to the right person for that product. I also have some of the engineers on Webex "in Webex" that I can bounce issues and questions off of. When I have an issue it's like they go into collaboration mode to help me get it resolved. The TAC BOT will help you along the way when you open your ticket.

We have not encountered any issues with support from Webex. Any time that we have had a question or run into an issue, a quick chat with our Webex rep in our dedicated collaboration Webex Space has always been met with a quick response and rarely an unsatisfactory resolution to the issue.

The support team is quick in reverting to the issues faced, and it has multiple language support, which would be very helpful for some instances. Their expertise in resolving queries is instantaneous. Most of the common lags/issues in the application are identified and fixed with regular updates.

I should copy and paste another Cisco's Support review because as I stated in other cases, it's really a differential. Being a partner, a Cisco integrator, you can really confirm the "support of the support".
It's a really solid structure, full of information and documentation, and it's easy to reach experts of every level and every technology. They are always aiming to improve by listening to clients and partners opinions to make all the changes possible to provide a better support service.

Support is quick to respond and love that you can opt to have them communicate with you in a webex space if your not able to take a call. Support has often had our issues or questions taken care of same day or is able to escalate and get us in touch with the appropriate tech quickly.
