We use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* for two primary functions: as a daily aggregation of relevant news items about our organization and its affiliates that we can cull and share with senior leadership; and to track the scope and effectiveness of specific marketing and branding campaigns across the earned media landscape. It is used only by our communications/external relations department.
*[This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communication Cloud.]
  • The ability to easily define and refine specific search parameters allows us to access the stories and mentions that are most relevant to us
  • The Dashboard platform allows us to get a wide view of a campaign's effectiveness while providing access to more detailed analysis with one click
  • The daily email reports we receive are invaluable to monitoring our mentions. It is particularly helpful to be able to customize those reports based on frequency and to isolate mentions in top-tier publications
  • At times, getting a deep dive on a particular type of search (e.g., comparisons with competitors) can be a chore to set up manually. However, I am comfortable that Cision's (TrendKite's)* staff support is always available to assist.
In our situation, we have a general idea of where our external media mentions will appear - so our needs are not necessarily the same as those of a corporate client looking to track the scope of a new marketing initiative. The value for us is that Cision is able to collect our mentions in a refined and efficient manner, saving our staff countless hours.

Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is used for monitoring and reporting for one of our destination clients. I believe we are one of the only teams in the office that uses it, as our client is the one that pays for the service. It addresses the problem of tracking articles that we have not secured ourselves, as our client likes to see what else has been published in the media about the destination.

*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.
  • Graphs - the graphs are helpful to show what the topic of each article relates to
  • Monitoring - the service is able to pick up any and all articles about my client
  • Data/organization - the service provides audience numbers, ad value, and all other data points we need for reporting purposes
  • Monitoring - the search picks up some articles that don't have anything to do with my client
  • Advertisements - when monitoring, if there is an advertisement of my client on the article's website the search picks up these articles even though the article is not featuring my client
Not appropriate for clients that you do not need to monitor for coverage that you did not secure yourself.

We're using it within the media relations team to gauge Kellogg's share of voice in top tier business media, compared to our 6 competitors. This includes any time the school is profiled, any time our faculty are quoted, etc -- essentially any time where our name is mentioned compared to competitors' names. We obviously weed out press releases, obituaries, job announcements, etc.

We are also using it to slice and dice how many times our name is mentioned in conjunction with priority topics for the organization (e.g., healthcare, artificial intelligence, etc.). And we are comparing that with our peers to see who has the most significant reputation aligned with a specific topic.

Finally, we are collaborating with our donor relations team to set up Cision Communication Cloud (TrendKite)* alerts for every time a prospective donor is mentioned in the news. This will allow the gift officers to ping the prospect with a congratulatory note, providing a nice touchpoint and relationship-builder.

*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.
  • Accuracy of media monitoring. We had significant accuracy issues with our prior vendor, Cision (pre-TrendKite), which frequently missed clips and then required a laborious customer service process to attempt to reprogram our searches to recover those clips. We haven't run into this issue with Cision (post-TrendKite acquisition).
  • Responsiveness of customer service. We have a dedicated rep who always replies to communications quickly with helpful answers or tutorials.
  • Ease of use. We can easily create multiple dashboards and add/remove widgets, date ranges, topics, etc. This type of thing would have taken forever and required numerous special project tickets via Cision.
  • Onboarding experience. Very helpful to essentially get us playing around in Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* from the start.
  • It will be a tremendous value add if your monitoring capabilities can start scraping not only the text of an article, but also the byline (aka, who wrote the article). This would enable us to track op-eds that are written by Kellogg faculty. (Conducting an author search as a workaround does not work -- we need to be able to monitor for the term "Kellogg School" as part of the byline of an article.) This would be a significant value add for our company if this feature was added.
  • It would be helpful if you had industry-specific reps who might be able to walk us through a few suggested use cases for the platform, as part of the onboarding phase, to ensure we're really optimizing how we work with Cision Communications Cloud. This could include an education rep who has seen other schools use the platform to do X, Y and Z.
Share of Voice is a significant metric for our media and reputation team -- both enterprise-wide, and topic-specific. Anything related to Share of Voice can easily be measured and analyzed by Cision Communications Cloud. I'm not sure about use cases where it is less ideal, as our work within Cision Communications Cloud has primarily focused on Share of Voice measurement so far.

I use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* as our primary PR monitoring software. It addresses three key problems I face in my day-to-day role as a PR professional:
  • Discovering the blogs and news sites where our brand and products are mentioned
  • Understanding the impact of these mentions to our business
  • Providing an easy-to-use reporting tool to share results based off these mentions
*[This review was written near the time Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.]
  • Reporting: the interactive reports you can generate via Cision's home dashboard are easy to manipulate, a breeze to share and look terrific.
  • Evolving: I've been impressed with how the company has grown and evolved in the last two years, adding valuable products and services such as contact lists, landing page designs, social listening etc.
  • Data-lead: as someone who works in a business that prides itself on being data focussed, having my PR monitoring solution move easily in this world has been a big plus.
  • It's not the most intuitive UI - cluttered and sometimes confusing - so you'll need to be patient to wrap your head around its navigation and labelling.
  • You'll need to be good at boolean searches - or at least, have a grasp of how they work - to get the most out of the Cision dashboards. If not, you will be extra reliant on your account manager to get you going and keep your searches on track.
  • A minor quibble, but as an overseas customer (Australia), my access to the semi-regular webinars is very limited, as they are often run in a US-focussed time zone.
Cision (TrendKite)* has excelled for us precisely because its outputs and focus is on the data, which is synced with how the rest of our business and analytics teams like to operate. That it can be plugged into GA is also a big positive.

It would be less appropriate for an organisation with a low-yield of media mentions, or one that prioritises qualitative analysis over quantitative.

Its used to help our clients see how their PR has been received in the market, where and when it was used and the resulting audience we reached.
*[This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.]
  • Its fairly comprehensive, love the dashboard.
  • Its easy to use, and easy to follow
  • The issues have been on the backend. There have been many issues with the results not being appropriate for the client. Its not been entirely "bankable". In other words, the results are somewhat questionable.
  • The people I have worked with are nice, but I don't believe that they have understood what the issues have been.
  • The accounting department has been a mess... missing my payments, issuing invoices 6 months late, just a mess.
I would recommend this to someone who has a cut and dry company that they want to measure. Its not really well suited to my clients. And its expensive for following print, broadcast and social.

Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is used by the public relations team to monitor and analyze media coverage. We track daily media mentions with the newsletter tool and then analyze on a weekly and monthly basis. We're particularly interested in looking at volume of coverage, share of voice, competitor news, key message pull through, sentiment and SEO value. It is currently only used by the marketing team. For PR, it allows us to understand how we're positioned in the media and what messages are resonating organically.

*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.
  • Cision does a really great job with data visualizations and communicating numbers in an easy to understand method.
  • The platform is really user friendly and easy to use.
  • The support team at Cision is great, they are highly responsive - especially on chat. We're able to resolve issues quickly.
  • The ability for non-subscribers to click through the data visualizations has been great. It makes it easy to share with others and for leaders to click through and read the associated coverage.
  • The search tools don't always pick up all of the coverage or will sometimes pull in irrelevant content, which requires more clean up from our team to make sure the numbers are accurate.
  • The account teams have had a lot of turnover so it can be difficult to know who to reach out to via email.
Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is great a PR measurement tool, it has lots of functionality and really focuses on helping you show the value of PR in terms of SEO, site traffic and company positioning. It works well if you want to look at metrics and quantify the role of PR. If you're interested in social media or non-traditional media sites, or print news it isn't a great tool for those things, but there may be add-on services you can purchase to collect that data.

Right now, Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is used by the communications and marketing department. We use it to monitor our press mentions, keyword associations, ad equivalency and make data-based decisions. We also run reports for the Board of Trustees so that they know how we are doing.
*[This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.]
  • Cision Communications Cloud has a beautiful and beautifully easy user interface.
  • Their customer services is impeccable. They respond and take action very quickly to any request.
  • Their email notification system is excellent.
  • Sometimes the various modules seem disconnected: from Influencers to Social. I know they're growing and it's exciting to see things being added. But when those features cost more, it's just hard to make management see the benefits of the cost.
  • No real mobile support. An app would be incredibly helpful.
  • Limited number of users makes it difficult to work as a team.
This is a great system to start off with and get to know PR management for a small team. A larger, more integrated team with stronger goal setting might require a stronger, more complex system.

We monitor the coverage for the company for each month. We then put the data it provides us into Excel where we track how we're trending. I create monthly reports that I distribute to the senior staff and my co-workers. We use Spike alerts to see when other airlines are being covered. We monitor each product launch, many marketing campaigns and even some other topics related to us.
  • Very good costumer service. All problems I've had so far have been solved quickly.
  • Easy to create searches and get quite detailed overviews of what you're diving into.
  • You don't have to have a Cision account to enjoy the interactivity in the reports.
  • The interface is heavy and often takes a while to load completely. As well when you've loaded a list of more then 200 results the whole screen becomes sluggish and difficult to navigate
  • A lot of noise within the results. Every time we get a spike in our mentions I have to manually remove articles that are not relevant but might have a mention of us in a side link somewhere on the page.
  • More customization of the reports would be welcome. No one is interested in the reports I send because they've looked more or less identical for two years.
It is well suited for internal comparisons, for example, your own mentions between months. The results are so diluted with noise though that you have to be careful before sharing them with other people. It doesn't look good when you send out false information or measurements that are inflated by data that isn't relevant.

Our PR team uses Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* to monitor media coverage in real time and generate timely media coverage reports for executives and other key stakeholders. It also helps us identify industry and competitor trends.
  • Tracks media coverage in near real time.
  • Easy to use dashboards and reports.
  • Great customer service.
  • Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is starting to offer services that allow users to track actions taken based on coverage, but the platform is a little behind the curve compared to AirPR.

Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is being used as main PR tool across several markets in the group, both for analyzing and reporting. It's quite important for us to follow up the performance of our PR communications with so many different brands and markets, and also differentiate which coverage is relevant for each one. In this point, this tool is doing a great job, with accurate information and great user experience at the time to manipulate the data.

*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.
  • Mention notifications. The alerts you set up for your brand mentions are really accurate, and allows you to stay tuned about what the media is informing about your business.
  • User experience. The way Cision provides the data allows the user to modify, review, and analyze the performance of PR activities in a really simple way.
  • Export the dashboards. It's great to share results and dashboards, not needing the help of external tools or extra documents.
  • Integration with Social Media. This channel is becoming even more important than PR coverage, and it's always key point to be involved on Social communications. It's being integrated a better and deeper integration of Social discussions, but I haven't tried yet.
  • Easier set up for search settings. Right now to get an accurate track of a specific campaign, we need to request the TrendKite team to build a dashboard with the proper settings. Would be nice to have the same accuracy with easy metrics to modify by ourselves.
  • Native mobile app. Ability to check the results by an application would be a really strong point.
Based on my experience, Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is a great tool to follow up the performance of your PR comms, both analyzing and reporting on them. But it's true that so far, I didn't experience the potential to be used as main content and Social Media tracker, able to unify the content channels by one tool, forgetting about other complementary applications needed for these channels.

  • Really great for tracking earned media placements.
  • Love that it provides readership numbers, even for blogs.
  • Creates detailed, interactive reports to really demonstrate our value to clients.
  • The customer support is excellent. They are quick to help with problem through an easy-to-use chat function.

My department is using Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* to measure our media mentions and the success of our PR campaigns. We had previously used Google Alerts and manual metrics to quantify how many articles our brand and faculty members were mentioned in on an annual basis. It also replaces a media contacts database we used previously.

*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.
  • Captures all media coverage across online outlets
  • Boolean searches are fully customizable
  • Attentive account supervisors and support team
  • The "reports" feature could be more user-friendly and easier to customize
  • Dashboard widgets could offer more options for measurement
  • I'd like to navigate to my newsletters and searches directly from my dashboard
If I proactively pitch media and secure coverage of a piece of research, book, etc, I can use Cision Communications Cloud to capture all of the coverage in one place and quantify how many people it reached and how many times it was shared on social media.

If I am going to draft a proactive media pitch, I can use Cision's pinpoint contact feature to find the most impactful journalists to pitch.

We use Cision Communications Cloud (Trendkite)* for our creative agency, and for most of our PR clients. It's a great tool for PR monitoring, reporting, and targeting reporters and we plan to continue using it next year. I like that it has a strong digital PR and social media component to help demonstrate reach across all platforms. We have recommended it to larger clients who would benefit from having their own PR database. I also appreciate the customer service at Cision. Since they are a newer company, it feels like they actually care about me, and they are way more responsive than our previous solution. I also find that while their database of reporters is smaller, the contact information is actually accurate, which goes a long way in my book!

  • Customer service and responsiveness
  • Working to customize a solution within your budget
  • Media monitoring and reporting

We currently use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* for all our reporting requirements as far as earned media is concerned. It solves the issue for us of measuring all important share of voice versus competitors; it helps us track our mentions on a week to week basis, it provides sentiment analysis, social amplification and lastly ad equivalency - all in real time. In prior roles at agencies, this type of analysis would have taken a team at least a week to pull together from disparate systems. With Cision - it's all available instantly and in a beautiful, visual interface.

*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.
  • Instant reporting and real-time tracking of earned media coverage.
  • The ability to customize reporting in many, many different ways - some key ones for us are share of voice, mentions, social amplification, key stories and sentiment analysis.
  • Beautiful visual reports.
  • Pinpoint Contacts is a good solution - better than other similar products on the market from Cision (pre-TrendKite acquisition) and Meltwater, however, with the constant shifts in reporters - there's always room for improvement in terms of contact information and which publication the reporter is currently writing for.
Well suited for earned media reporting - across nearly any scenario (SOV, mentions, ad equivalency, sentiment, social amplification) and if there's something else that you need typically their support organization will help you build a report that will get you the information you need. They recently did this for us with a report that examines PR Referral Web Traffic.

I have developed a product called MarkInTell which is service for companies to increase Share of Voice through Influencer Management. I operate as a small agency for smaller organizations that need to increase their voice among targeted industry consultants, writers, speakers and analysts. I treat these influencers as major accounts and track communication with them using CRM tools and a sales funnel.
  • The tool is very high quality and produces an impressive report
  • The data captured is right up to date and in real time
  • The support team is very responsive and delivers on schedule
  • The price of the service is rather high, I'd prefer an all-encompassing price model similar to how Adobe prices
  • The learning curve is a bit steep until one becomes more familiar with the terminology such as earned media and other PR expressions
I think the agency model makes a lot of sense as most enterprises will not take the time to interpret the analytics and act on them. I find companies have PR and marketing teams that focus on events and delivery of messages, but not on the audience. Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* will help them find a specific audience that matters.

We use Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* for two things. We track the success of our media outreach and how well those messages are reported and repeated. A less obvious use for Cision Communications Cloud, although very important, is tracking the messaging activities of our competitors. In a political environment in which ideas and policies often start outside our state and move in, this has been tremendously valuable.

*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.
  • The best graphic design in the media monitoring sector. The best computer science in the world isn't worth much of the end user can't quickly generate clear, cogent reports. For our team, this was the standout feature of Cision Communications Cloud.
  • The daily reports by sector, key competitors, and most valued media outlets are an easy and productive way to start the day.
  • The Cision software suite makes it easy to generate high-quality summary reports for quarterly meetings, board meetings, etc.
  • At this price, more of the add-ons should be included in the base package.
  • The media distribution lists can be mildly outdated.
  • The base package comes with a login for one person. It should include more than that.
Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is extremely well designed for tracking your competitors and monitoring what the media and blogs are saying about your organization or key issue. You can literally watch key phrases and ideas move through the media space over time. Perhaps because the tool is so powerful, it isn't well suited to creating a simple morning email of the day's news clips of your organization. I'm told there is an automated report function that can be added into the base package, but our organization found it was cheaper to go through a separate vendor.

I have used Cision for a number of years through three different jobs in the public relations field. The product is great for building media lists, sourcing media contact information, searching for relevant media based on coverage area, social media, or previously reported topics. It is also great for searching for outlets or contacts based on location, topic area, etc.
  • Sources reporters contact information
  • Sources relevant information for publications (i.e. circulation, contact information, masthead, etc.)
  • Filter reporters based on previous coverage areas, location, etc.
  • Search funtionality
  • Media list building
  • Updated contact information
  • More freelancers or contributors in database
  • More specific search criteria
Cision is great for public relations professionals who know the specific reporters they are looking to reach or are doing a basic/general search to find reporters relevant to a specific subject. I don't personally use the monitoring services, I think other products have better monitoring functions.

  • SOV analysis
  • Trending earned media coverage over time
  • Geographic coverage
  • Not having to create so many searches
  • When exporting, it would be nice to be able to export individual widgets instead of the whole dashboard. Within the widget export, having all data exported (including the number of mentions, totals, percentages etc.) not just the data displayed in the widget
Tracking earned media coverage. Social shares are tracked but I wouldn't use this tool for social listening.

Our organization uses Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* across the entire team as a means of tracking the mentions in the press for each of our PR clients, staying alert on high volume mentions and potential crises, as well as keeping track of the value of our work for our clients.

  • Cision Communications Cloud has detailed graphics to show in an easy-to-understand manner the comparison and status of each company/individual we are keeping track of.
  • Cision Communications Cloud has wonderful, fast, helpful customer service -- answering questions in as little as 2 minutes. This is extremely helpful when putting together a report on a deadline.
  • Cision's interface is very easy to use, easy to understand, and clean.
  • We have had many circumstances of Cision Communications Cloud not monitoring specific outlets that we need monitored. This causes an issue with tracking the value of our work or the share of voice comparison for our clients, as results may not be all-encompassing.
  • A good amount of advertising is included in the mentions brought in by Cision. While the team is very helpful in removing the advertisements upon request, it would be great to not have to worry about earned media and paid media being tracked as one and the same.
Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is very well suited to monitor media voice over time (from days to weeks to years). It quickly shows the users the value of a specific brand, product, topic or pitch. It helps a PR firm easily measure the value that they are bringing to their clients -- a very difficult thing to do.
It is not as well suited as a media contact base, compared to some of its competitors. It may not be as appropriate for tracking mentions from smaller outlets, as they may not be covered by the Cision base.

We use Cision Communications Cloud (Trendkite)* for several accounts. It started as a tool used primarily by our analytics team, but now more and more account teams want to access as well, as their clients expect more rigorous KPI reporting. It's great because it's both a media monitoring platform and an analysis platform. We all love being able to quickly visualize our data via customized widgets, but the hands-down best feature is the customer service/support. We love that they will build our keywords for us and are quick to respond when we reach out for help. There really isn't a comparable product that suits the needs of a modern PR firm like Cision- they get what we're trying to do.

  • keyword support- initial setup & refining via customer support. They're Boolean wizards!
  • data visualization via widget-based dashboards- great for quick reference.
  • PR Attribution offering is very useful if driving to a website is a communications goal- no one else really does this!
  • slack integration for alerting!!
  • international coverage is spotty but improving; you'd need a local market representative to QA the data & translate the keywords
  • the instant reports are not customizable so not useful from a client services perspective
  • alerting could be more customizable- like basic volume thresholds or something, rather than for every article
It's great for media monitoring when you need data associated with each article and you want to be able to quickly visualize the data to make decisions. My only hesitation is when you're working in a wide range of countries and languages- you'll need to count on supporting the platform in the non-English speaking markets, and their coverage isn't as developed as it is in the US.

We're using Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* to measure our PR and influencer mentions, social media shares of those mentions, and the traffic those mentions drive to our website. We have five users who access and use the system. This is the first time we've truly been able to capture and measure the effectiveness of our PR and content marketing strategies.

  • The dashboard is highly customizable and extraordinarily useful. You can create as many dashboards and campaigns as you wish for time periods going all the way back to 2013.
  • The reporting is stellar. Fully interactive, allowing people who receive the report to not just see how much coverage, but actually visit the individual articles, and gain a deeper understanding of what's being presented.
  • The customer service is truly outstanding. Our customer success team is always available to answer questions, help with searches, and do just about anything else I ask related to the product.
  • It's a newer tool, so they're always making improvements. I would love some more flexibility in how some of the widgets display information in the dashboards.
  • The application can be a bit fussy in Safari. Chrome works much better.
Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is perfect for any organization who wants to better track the coverage they're getting and be able to rate that coverage based on how well it's shared and its impact on your web traffic.

It's certainly not cheap, but it's well worth the price for any organization that can afford it.

Our Corporate Communications team (which manages PR, Investor Relations, and Corp Comms) uses Cision Communications Cloud (Trendkite)* to evaluate Evolent's public relations presence. For instance, we're always interested to get a sense of how many media mentions our company gets, and which of those are based more on the financial side (e.g. earnings) and how many are focused more on earned media focused on our business and clients. We also use Cision Communications Cloud to see which stories about health care policy legislation are read the most online and to stay on top of value-based and healthcare policy and other news.

  • Slick interface, very user-friendly
  • Attentive and responsive account management
  • Clear interest in making sure our company gets what we need out of the product.
  • Still getting a lot of irrelevant search terms coming up
  • The search term (Boolean) setup requires account management involvement
  • The email digest formatting could be a bit easier to read or have some headlines, something that draws the eye
Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is well suited as a supplement to a PR agency or Corp. Communications team's analytics focused on media mentions and other PR spotlights. It can also be well suited for Marketing to see what competitors are up to in the marketplace. That said, Cision Communications Cloud has a slick interface but does seem to stumble a bit with some search terms. I think it's mostly a situation where you need to work closely with your account manager to uncover any issues and ensure your search terms are correct and aren't pulling in irrelevant results.

Our main HQ in San Bruno is using Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)*. Each morning our entire office gets an alert for industry news and competitor news at 8 am. On top of that, we get the real-time alerts any time an article is published about our company. We also created custom searches for some of our sales reps to help them personalize their emails making their jobs easier as well. Lastly, having Cision Communications Cloud really made pulling data for big meetings like sales kickoff, end of the quarterly meetings, and board meetings the best!! We were able to see a lot of trends and pull important data in a very timely manner, which would not do at all before having Cision Communications Cloud.

Before we had Cision we had no idea what articles were being published, what news outlets had the best readership, or how our press compared to our competitors. Now we have a clear view and can make data-driven decisions in a timely manner.

  • Sharing all of the information company-wide, whether as an alert, or end of the quarter data is super simple and easy to use and being able to share across email and slack is a great integration.
  • Setting up alerts, dashboards, and searches are very user-friendly, especially when you have a customer success team that is as amazing as ours!!
  • Having a database of all articles, and being able to see visual representations of the success of articles in the news about our company without spending hours of time creating it, makes my job super simple.
  • Having an export feature is great, however, one area that could improve is allowing the users to customize the reports we want to export. Ie. putting multiple dashboards on one page, or changing the order, or adding comments.
  • At the very beginning of our contract, understanding the relationship of the diagrams took a little time to understand, so making those a little clearer would be great.
  • Getting our searches and dashboards created took some time especially for someone who doesn't know the boolean code. Having an example of searches to go by would be super helpful (although our customer success team could set it up for us, I wanted to be involved as well) and honestly, I am knit-picking here. The only real thing that would be a nice change is a user-friendly export feature.
If your company is like ours, with a limited budget, who was only using Google alerts to know when articles were being published about our company, then making the switch to Cision is a great decision. We looked into about 10 different options and narrowed down to 3. At the end of the day, it was Cision's flexibility to work with us, and the joy we had working together to make this deal happen.
