The online support is always quick and helpful, so in general, I'm happy. However, when we ask the Cision (TrendKite)* team to set up searches for us, we notice that they vary quite a lot depending on who made the search. Meaning that “Boolean best practices” used in one search may not be used the next time a similar search is created, which makes comparison harder, and you always have to double check the work done.

We've had very few support needs with Cision (TrendKite)*, which speaks to the ease-of-use of the platform, but when we have had questions, recommendations or support issues, they have been highly responsive. They are also very open to customer feedback and roadmap suggestions for future capabilities of the platform. Overall our experience with Cision has been excellent.

Our Cision (TrendKite)* representative has changed a few times in the four years that we have been a client. But at no time did I feel that we did not have full support to assist with building relevant searches or finding creative ways to achieve desired results. That has not always been the case with previous providers, where, once the sale is made, any interaction with support essentially becomes a sales pitch for enhanced services.

I've had a number of account managers - three total - in the almost two years we've been using Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)*. While all have been polite, professional and keen to help, not all have been ultra responsive, especially when it comes to following through on queries and requests. However, Andrew, our latest AM, has been very good!

Because I have had a different account manager every year, its been an issue getting consistency. I like the people, but the time it takes to get the help I need seemed to be hard to get. I felt like I was just getting the brushed off. This past month I was called 3 times about renewing...nothing about how the program was working, and this after just paying the invoice that was 6 months late!

The support team is really responsive and helpful, especially via the chat function on the website. We can usually resolve any issues quickly or within a day and they are great about helping make updates to dashboards and searches to make sure we're capturing all the information we're looking for. I feel like they've continued to support us even after the on-boarding, and it's great to be able to rely on them to make the platform more user friendly.

Based on my experience, the main support I received was for training purposes, and these were great. A fully dedicated trainer was assigned to me for going through the tool deeply, and also provide me with some further examples based on specific campaigns we ran in the past. Also she is updating me by mail with all main changes and features that the tool may apply.

As mentioned in a prior question - the support organization has repeatedly worked with us to fine tune our reports - whether for share of voice or to help us get set up with a PR Referral Web Traffic report or to incorporate some new information on a reporter in their Pinpoint Contacts solution. I've found them to be the most responsive and helpful support organization I've worked with in the marketing sector - and they're light years ahead of where their competitors, Cision (pre-TrendKite acquisition) and Meltwater are.

I appreciate the account team approach, where a dedicated manager oversees the back end resources provided as part of the Cision (TrendKite)* service. Gabrielle and Richard respond quickly to my inquiry and do the boolean formula for me when constructing dashboards. This is much better than a DIY approach of Meltwater and others. I have used the other tools and watch them gather dust because of the challenge of formulating the right query.

The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is frequent staff turnover on our account. This was less disruptive than expected, however. Each new contact person has been attentive and well-trained in the product, although there's always a learning curve when dealing with a new organization.

Hands down amazing support. They're just an email or chat away, and our reps have offered to help us as we train up new team members, at no additional cost. They've even offered to call into meetings if we have clients asking questions about the platform. We especially love how much they help with building and refining Boolean for our dashboards.
