Responsive team. I actually have an account rep to work with me that knows our agency and clients -- you really can't ask more than that. They want you to be awesome and it shows. The chat feature is incredible and typically can solve 95% of any issues or questions you have in just a few minutes

The sales and aftersales support staff at Cision is absolute. I don't feel like at any stage in the process from familiarization, evaluation, implementation, to customization have we felt left hanging or waiting for support. Cision team members completed the necessary follow-up and technical support to get us up and running quickly and with little to no business interruption.

Support is another sore point in the PR tools industry. Some other tools out there are very powerful, but have a deep learning curve and require a lot of set up and knowledge. And you can never reach the account rep to set up simple workflows. With Cision, the chat button is right there and I use it at least three times a day. In seconds a very friendly, real person will ask me what I need and then in most cases solve my problem in a matter of minutes. If my request is a very big one, they simply ask 'Are you working on a deadline?' and if I'm not, they might take a day or two tops to fulfill my request. When they cannot fulfill a request, they often put in a feature upgrade request to management if it is merited and if the overall tool/users would benefit.

The CSRs are friendly and helpful. We could have used more support at the beginning of the relationship on how to create reports that are good for external clients versus internal clients. We were told that we could have all the help we needed, however, we work on a weekly deadline with trending topics and after we signed on, we found out that there is a 48hr or so turn around on report creation. In our world, that is an excessively long timeline and caused frustration.

The customer support team is fantastic - the chat function means that a support team member is always there to answer a question or figure out a problem if I'm having one. I've never had to wait for support, which is so crucial in PR where timing is everything.

Cision's support is awesome. If anything this is my favorite part of the tool. When something gets tricky they're my go-to team. They always have a fix, and they always help you do it. My favorite part is that they usually explain everything that is going on and what they did, so next time you can do it yourself. They reply within 5 minutes, or even less. Their are amazing.

They are responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. The fact that they work with you to the point where they will help you build searches or send you completed reports makes it feel like they are part of the team and completely dedicated to you as the client which is extremely helpful.

Cision's customer service is excellent. I've never had a problem in reaching my account representative or the chat forum. The response to my issue is always timely and helpful. I truly appreciate the time the customer success representative took to resolve my problem, develop the best advance search (even if that meant getting an account architect to help), and pulling media clips quickly when I have a deadline to meet.

They have always gone above and beyond, making sure I had all the training and support I needed. They are friendly and check in every couple months if they haven't heard from us. They are also great at sharing new developments with us and making sure we are comfortable using new features.

I somewhat answered this in a previous question, but I cannot praise Cision (TrendKite) support enough. I had monthly calls with the team to discuss any difficulties and new developments within the tool. I was also fortunate enough to be a tester for different feature rollouts. Cision support was always there and they always listened, no matter what my issue was. They always did their best to resolve it quickly and were always making sure that I could make my deadlines.
