Cision (TrendKite) support is always very helpful. They will typically answer your question within minutes of asking it. I always have trouble building searches from scratch, and many times I've contacted support and they've built them for me without any complaints. I've also used support when I'm getting bad results, and they will help me filter them out!

Support was fantastic. Knowledgeable support reps are available by phone and chat. Owned their problems. Worked until the end to help us find solutions. Did follow up and investigated with product teams when warranted. Set up searches quickly and effectively when needed. I really can't say enough good things about the quality of support that we received from TrendKite.

Cision's (TrendKite's) live chat is very helpful and very responsive! It can be a lifesaver when you have a quick one-off question. We did have some issues with employee turnover, so our account reps changed frequently within a few months and there were some communication gaps. But, we are back in a good spot.

Very quick response times from support, very friendly and knowledgable interactions with account managers. Chat is good but sometimes you can see that one agent is managing various chats at one time and don't fully understand our products or needs - it requires more time to explain the background to get the right solution.

The team received just the right amount of training sessions to get started. Now we work completely independent, but our account manager makes sure to check in on a regular basis to make sure everything is ok and that we are always aware of new features and functionalities to make the most of the platform.

Our team had Connor as a point of contact and he was very responsive. He and his team helped create searches, which was extremely useful, as many of us don't have a complete understanding of Boolean searches. He suggested things that might help in terms of capturing the articles we were looking for and was proactive in offering other programs or add-ons available through TrendKite that would help us track additional coverage (i.e. radio/tv).

Best support I've ever encountered in ANY software purchase. Always available, through the phone, chat text, email. Always get back to you if, by any off chance, you are contacting outside of normal office hours or at any other time when it was not possible (weekends, public holidays). I don't think I've ever caught any of the support team totally out of office hours, but I wouldn't be surprised if even then, Cision (TrendKite)* has a support mechanism available.

They provide very efficient support. Our dedicated account manager is really helpful. Cision (TrendKite)* dedicated support has several offices around the world, allowing for around the clock queries which is very helpful. Overall very satisfied with the support we're receiving. It's on point, efficient, customer-centric and always helpful. They provide efficient and precise training and their online university is also very helpful for self-training.

I have reached out to get help during large scale disasters when time is critical. In every case the response has been fast and on target. When I deployed to a location that had not set up their Cision system I was able to quickly develop searches and outputs that brought the site up to speed quickly because the support was there from Cision (TrendKite)*. I use the chat capability to get real time support when searches are not working properly. Cision teams are always friendly and effective.


*This review was written before Cision acquired TrendKite. TrendKite is now part of Cision Communications Cloud.

The folks at Cision (TrendKite)* are great about providing support with quick turnaround and top-notch service. On several occasions, Cision staffers have taken the time to walk me through my dashboards and help me get the most out of the platform.
