Clari is helping our sales reps more easily manage their pipeline and update opportunities. Clari also allows sales management to see their team's quarterly opportunities in one (or many) easily adjustable view. For management, Clari gives great insight into Forecasting and opportunity stage flow, and makes it easy to see progress towards the sales team's goal.

  • Easier to create views in Clari than reports in Salesforce

Cons
  • Users emails get disconnected frequently
  • Could show CRM score in the grid
  • Could provide more documentation for users after training
Clari is great for sales reps in the quarterly business reviews for when they have to show their pipeline spread out across future quarters. It also has a great mobile app which allows reps to update all deal information on the fly without having to break out their laptop and open Salesforce.

Clari is being utilized as the sales forecasting and pipeline management tool in our organization. While the primary use-case for Clari is to get a bottoms-up roll-up of sales forecasting it also provides advanced analytical modules like Trend, Pulse, and Flow which helps us in senior management as well as the executive team to get more visibility into the operational aspects of our business.

Cons
  • Beefing up the opportunity module to add certain features like predictive scoring, pacing, etc., to be added in the view for easier pipeline management.
  • Forecasting module can be more robust and allow for more flexibility in terms of the configuration of the module in terms of layout.
Clari works really well for forecasting and in-quarter operational opportunity reporting.

I don't find Clari very useful for strategic reporting and analyses especially on metrics like AOVs and RPS.

Clari takes tons of snapshots and there is no way for end users to access them and that is something which would be very helpful if there is an option to read from their snapshot database.

Clari is great way to manage all out deals and not let anything slip

Clari is being used by the sales team and management. Teams use it oversee pipeline and follow up on open deals. This has allowed the sales staff to keep track of all current ops they are working on, and to keep next steps in place to effectively manage their pipe. Management also uses it oversee sales, and to get a big picture of sales activity to forecast for the quarter. Clari makes managing the team easier and faster.
  • Seeing all deals in once place - This lets us quickly edit and update deals with insights from a single page.
  • Reporting - The reports give a good overview of what's happening, insights on how things are going, and what deals we need to focus on
  • Forecasting - The trending reports and Clari's forecasting let us plan our month/quarter in the proper way to hit the numbers we need.
Cons
  • Sometimes the insights do not load and we encounter problems. The insights part is a good feature, so when it does not load often, it detracts a lot from the product's usefulness.
  • The flow area can be a bit confusing and hard to follow. Doesn't seem to be as good as other aspects.
  • Cost can be an issue - with SF licenses and Clari on top of that, the monthly cost per Clari user doubles.
Good for companies who have long deal cycles with many touch points. Short cycles don't really benefit from the tool. A company also must have a role structure in place for things to work well from the Salesforce side of things. Otherwise, the pipeline per users gets a bit skewed.

Clari turns forecasting simpler for me and gives me a clear view of my attainment numbers: visibility of opportunities, updates, and the ability to change fields. Clari is solving the problem of quick pipeline care and hygiene. I have been able to spend less time looking for notes and instead boosted performance by having Clari up all day for my workday.

Cons
Clari has allowed us to get more thoughtful about revenue forecasting. We feed the data from Clari into our other reporting systems and can get much better visibility into our quarter and year than we used to. However, we faced a few issues getting things set up, but this could simply be due to our Salesforce data integrity rather than a limitation with Clari itself.

Clari helps in improving the sales revenue processes. It's very efficient and a very vital tools for all the Sales folks.It really helps to check the process, align buyers and sellers, calculate the risk and opportunity in the pipeline.

  • The filters ca also be more enhanced
  • Since we use Salesforce which is integrated with Clari so it makes a little bit difficult to get the update on Clari as soon as it gets updated on SDFC
Clari is best suited for revenue prediction, revenue goals and the metrics helps identify and track the forecast.Since we integrated with Salesforce there still seems to be a glitch eg: when updating a field within Clari like stage or funnel, it doesn't show up out and I have to update the same field in SFDC instead, so there's double work
