Clari is exceptionally well-suited for reps to maintain their forecast. Updating opps in salesforce is a headache because you have to jump through so many tabs to deal with dependencies but Clari makes it clearer. For that alone, I can recommend Clari. It's also well suited for forecast calls because you can simply see more of your pipeline and notes on one screen.

Clari works well for sales and executive leadership teams that perform at a high level and collaborate well together. Everyone utilizing Clari needs to understand that it will provide the company with the information it needs to make strategic business decisions. It can not be seen as a more sophisticated way to manage SFDC information. If the company is truly dedicated to improving its forecasting capabilities, then Clari could be worth the investment. If it is just being used to capture sales leaders' forecasts, you don't need Clari. Overall, Clari is a great capability, but you need a good business case to justify the expense.

Clari is used in my company to view our different projects. It helps to view status and understand where things need to be updated and what things are needed to viewed during team meetings and sales meeting. Its a great tool used for forecasting sales of upcoming months and quarters

Clari is best suited for revenue prediction, revenue goals and the metrics helps identify and track the forecast.Since we integrated with Salesforce there still seems to be a glitch eg: when updating a field within Clari like stage or funnel, it doesn't show up out and I have to update the same field in SFDC instead, so there's double work

Clari is great for leveraging when tracking your pipeline health and understanding from a forecasting perspective whether you have the coverage needed to go ahead and have a successful year. Clari does not seem efficient updating the opportunities, instead one should leverage their system of record. Better Clari Salesforce integration would be helpful

Clari helps us to automate administrative tasks such as email tracking, meeting scheduling, and follow-up allowing us to focus on higher-value activities, such as closing deals. It also helps managers to monitor the performance of their team and identify areas for improvement, which can help them to optimize their sales strategy and increase their revenue as integration with Salesforce is key to us optimizing this tool. Nothing to complain about here the tool overall is amazing.

Our CRM Integration with Clari has eliminated a lot of tasks that requires manual action saving us a lot of time. We can segment and analyze our data with Clari's forecasting insights. If any gaps are present in my deals, it sends the reminder to update them.

Clari is well suited for sales teams planning to forecast deals and analyze deal conversions and performance across multiple channels. The integration with Salesforce CRM is seamless - which helps flow the relevant data and get quality forecasts and insights easily. Our sales reps also use it for sales inspection. Clari becomes difficult to use when we try to sync marketing and sales data together for funnel views.

Clari has allowed us to get more thoughtful about revenue forecasting. We feed the data from Clari into our other reporting systems and can get much better visibility into our quarter and year than we used to. However, we faced a few issues getting things set up, but this could simply be due to our Salesforce data integrity rather than a limitation with Clari itself.

For anyone in sales, this is a pretty indispensible tool. If you are serious about tracking the deals in your pipeline and having a central area of engagement between management and sales, this is the place to track and discuss the forecast. It's probably not as well rounded for pipeline progression discussions, Salesforce is still probably better for this.

Clari is perfect for a sales team collaborating to forecast and estimate the opportunities and overall business status, it's working in a hierarchy scheme that reflects each team member's forecast into their team leader's big forecast number in an automated and easy process. It also can define a periodic date to update the forecast among the team so the forecasting to top management is automated as well.

drilling into deep detail on an opportunity is not appropriate for Clari.
More aggregated reviews of pipeline is the best scenario for Clari.
Also using Clari to see how teams and individuals are doing is helpful.
Using clari to determine the health of pipeline and health of certain opportunities is also a great use of the tool itself.

Clari is perfect for seeing your sales pipeline. If you want to know your commit and best case at any different level of the organization this is the perfect tool. You can see exactly where you are falling short, and where you need to focus efforts. It's great for a revenue forum or stand up conversation.

Works extremely well in allowing sales reps to make forecast changes in real time. It also allows you to quickly and accurately see all the deals in your pipeline, as well as the stage they are currently in, and your roll up number.
Would be nice if management had more control over reps permissions. This would allow them to make updates should the rep be unable to do so.

Clari is an excellent tool for any sales organization that needs better structure around funnel management. Even if your sales organization is great with managing pipelines, it will provide an additional level of transparency and efficiency.


It's not as helpful for high level executives or sales directors that have many deals rolling up to them, because you can get lost in the weeds with so many things going on at once; however Clari is making strides to improve the product there.


Clari is not a place for reps to update product or pricing, but the other administrative aspects of the deal. Clari does make it easy to link back to your CRM to do this though.


Overall sales teams are the ideal user, everyone else in the organization uses it from a slightly different perspective.

Good for companies who have long deal cycles with many touch points. Short cycles don't really benefit from the tool. A company also must have a role structure in place for things to work well from the Salesforce side of things. Otherwise, the pipeline per users gets a bit skewed.

Well Suited - Transactional sales -- the more deals you have the better
Not sure about where it would less appropriate, other than if you are working on HUGE deals, really long sales cycles, etc. That being said, I have been impressed by how well our enterprise model/sales cycle has worked to date.
