The interface is clear and legible, user-friendly. The quality of audio-video is outstanding, as with the other platform we sometimes encountered some issues. ClickMeeting has a lot better registration tools and other user engaging features (polls and surveys). The technical support and customer care is more reliable and helps troubleshooting in the blink of an eye.

The ClickMeeting platform is less expansive and we can use it in Polish which is helpful for the co-workers who do not speak in English. We also like the design and the outface of the ClickMeeting a lot, it seems for me to be more elegant and designers which present our webinar better.

A good program that helps reach a wide audience!
I only use ClickMeeting to conduct online meetings and webinars. I don't need to change the program to another one. I am satisfied with the functionalities that the program offers. The ability to upload your own files and record meetings is very nice. The program helps a lot in reaching larger groups of people who participate in our programs and activities.

We chose ClickMeeting because this solution offers us the optimal basis for our language teaching. Working with the ClickMeeting platform comes in our opinion closest to the possibilities of a face-to-face language training. All classroom tools can be found on the platform, which are familiar from traditional face-to-face teaching. They are reliable and comfortable to use. Our organization considered using Skype, but it did not seem safe in terms of data security. Skype also offered fewer features than the ClickMeeting platform. Clickmeeting is a very secure platform. It offers a number of different functions. There is a possibility to conduct surveys, which we wanted very much.

Great for live webinars and automated events
ClickMeeting is better priced, has post-event abilities that I am looking for. LOVE the automated webinars. Love being able to make a separate studio room for a tech check with guest presenters. Been using for so long, the product is very stable, tech support chat is really nice, on the rare occasion that I use it these days.

Zoom is fine for education, however, it has no support for earning with it ClickMeeting gives us suport for conntact with clients, we can manage webinars easily, it's integrated with FB, it save our time fo administration and organizational work it's really adopted for need of NGOs like us and technical support is in Polish ;)

First of all, ClickMeeting is simpler to use. It has default modes that I can use right away, and there is an option to integrate with Moodle. This makes for an interesting ecosystem for learning. In terms of usage alone, for me Zoom was not as intuitive as ClickMeeting. ClickMeeting has a simpler interface, it's just better to manage. I also like the way the manufacturer prepares the knowledge base and the live chat option.

platform. You can use the ClickMeeting platform from your browser, you don't
need to download any application. We also value this tool for its good video
and audio quality, as well as quick technical support. In addition, thanks to
the automatic recording of webinars, we can use their fragments in our SM channels
to promote subsequent events. The ClickMeeting platform
significantly influenced the activity and strengthening of the image of the
ITAKA Foundation as an organization that comprehensively deals with the issue
of disappearances. The number of webinars we organize has increased. We can
organize them faster, more efficiently, and at the same time, we can reach more
recipients. Thanks to the online formula, it also saves a lot of costs. The
same is also true for internal meetings.

None of the other platforms has Ukrainian language. Moreover some of the platforms we've been using, require accounts and logging in, which can be difficult for people using different devices and not very fluent in English. We also appreciate that ClickMeeting has different methods of a participant's authorization, i.e. passwords or e-mail invitations. And last but not least - is nice that you can set the meeting view so that all the participants see the presenter but they don't see each other.
