1. We have been using clickup for past 3 years to track our projects and tasks
2. It helps us to quickly manage the tasks and assignees.
3. It helps to track time that has manual option if someone forget to track time
4. It helps us to maintain data on batch basis which is called Spaces in clickup
Pros
  • Really well in time tracking on task basis as well as comments and other updates happening on tasks
  • Help us to make tasks basis on some other attributes with the help of tags feature
  • Helps really well in creating team wise assignments with the help of boards and lists
Cons
  • Need improvement on adding due dates automatically according to the excel sheet (csv)
  • It would be better if we can create multiple close tasks
  • Need Better and understandable automation feature that can help someone (not from computer science background) to make automations

I was introduced to clickup with my current company bloomreach and what a fantastic app it is. Honestly it makes so much collaborative and keeps track of what project it is, how many people worked/ contributed to it to finish that. This has to be the best productive app ever i have come across. It's simply amazing and the fact that you can organize the whole team project, just gives a very good understanding on what team can do. The most important feature is the flexibility which it gives around to play, tons of customization labels, etc. I am impressed with clickup and i'm glad my company went with this. Over all as their caption says One App to replace them all it truly justifies what they go with it.
