Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Yes - as mentioned, with its deep integration into Google Workspace, it opened up a functionality where people are automatically reminded of their tasks. Additionally, tasks can be seen on the calendar, hence, very useful for admins to get that "bird's eye" view of everything. Gone are the days of even using spreadsheets just to track projects.

It has improved the workflow, since there is no need for multiple apps for docs and tasks for instance. We use some automations, but not as many as we probably could. ClickUp has simplified the productivity process since we now have a system in place that everyone is familiar with.

We have integrated ClickUp with Typeform using Zapier for our intake process. Requestors use a Typeform to complete their request with all the information we need to make an informed decision on the assignment and workload for the project. We can further automate the projects by feeding information into Airtable for additional tracking and reporting.

The different statuses allow us to see the flow of projects and notice at what point things seem to stall. We can see the history of status changes, tag additions/removals, task name changes, etc.. It gives us insight into all the different moving parts associated with a project. We also use the 'dependency' feature a lot to see how different tasks relate to one another.

When our team needs to sign up for weekend duties or volunteering, this automatically appears in our shared Google Calendar. I don’t have to manually plot the shifts anymore. I get alerts when done and reminders if no one has signed up yet. I can also automate an email to remind our HR team if they need to be paid overtime based on the weekend duties they took.

Yes, we have simplified our productivity processes with ClickUp. Our Project management team is in charge of that. Nevertheless, it wasn't suitable for time tracking. We still use another app for that. Also, for instant messaging we found it entangled, so we keep using another app too. We haven't integrated ClickUp with other apps yet.

We've been able to phase out using email communication with our internal teams since everything is centralized with ClickUp and its Slack integration. This results in less app switching for us and less time spent tracking down something that somebody said regarding a project. Its HubSpot integration has been great for our sales and service teams, too.

We are definitely working towards using the system as an all-in-one approach, but it is taking a little time with the small scale of our business, plus we implemented it right before our peak busy period. After this peak season, we intend to fully register all of our team in the system and use reminders and workflows to assist our team to be more productive and on top of all the little things that make a huge difference in customer service!

I'm eliminating a separate document management system, and task management and deliverable scheduling is also streamlined. I've got some email automation. In the future, I'll also be using it for other purposes and able to eliminate a few more software systems -- but not yet.

As previously stated, ClickUp tries to do everything and ends up doing almost nothing very well. We put some effort into trying to lean into the tool for this kind of use, but it just never came together - via bumping into a roadblock of some kind or other at most turns.

Regarding this feature still we are in the process of automating the manual work and ClickUp has all the features for this and going forward we are looking into this for automating everything and this will help all the team members, team leads and the top management to have proper insight on this.

All tasks and high level project road-mapping is in ClickUp. Since we do not need complex schedules we can get by managing tasks and long range schedules in ClickUp. At times we still need to get back into MS Project for more calculated schedule or more clear viewing. ClickUp's ganntt view could use some work. We are able to reduce email by utilizing comments and assigning tasks to one another. Email feed has reduced, redundant task lists/notes has been reduced. For me personally, it serves as my main APP/tool. The same goes for the majority of my team.

By making checklists, we can shorten the need to put details for little steps that still need to be noted based on the project, then move on to subtasks or even work in each space per status change. The way ClickUp enables the establishment of multiple deadlines works best for management.

We were sick of using multiple tools, all with their own associated costs, integrations, etc. ClickUp has really been a breath of fresh air as we've been able to consolidate multiple apps including Todoist, Jira, Confluence, and Redmine into a single app that we now use for absolutely everything under the sun from software development to operations.

We are heavily using email to task feature which simply a lot of processes.
but we are struggling a lot how to provide feedback to these requesters.
deeper integration is still restricted by global policy which takes a lot of effort to change. But it’s worth to do that, as “approved” solutions are far behind ClickUp and it’s capabilities.

It did not allow me to reduce the number of apps I use as I switched from one project management system to Clickup but the ease of embedding Google Docs, Google Sheets or Miro boards reduces how often you need to switch between tools, saving precious time on a daily basis

The automations within ClickUp are a very helpful component. I've really appreciated the ability to automatically assign tasks, change statuses, initiate actions, etc., through the automation tool. We haven't needed to do much with external tool integration, but for example, new appointments made in my calendar automatically create meeting tasks in ClickUp, and new form entries on a 3rd party platform automatically create lead follow-up tasks in ClickUp, which we then e-mail using the built-in e-mail functionality.
