While there is a collaboration on initial phase of scoping, it gets continued further through tasks input on ClickUp i.e. as an admin I can tag people right there and then people can easily reply based on what is being asked on them. What's even good is that comments are documented hence saves time validating who said who.

For tasks that need collaborative efforts, ClickUp has helped us manage that very effectively. Notes in every tasks plays a crucial role to put your thoughts out when there's a brainstorming session happening. Assigning tasks to team members for managing projects and client deliverables is a sign with ClickUp. Mentioning someone on a missed task or activity also fosters a great sense of collaboration and transparency of responsibilities.

ClickUp has had a positive impact on the collaboration within our department. Several projects require multiple deliverables from various teams within our department. ClickUp allows us to record all deliverables within a project and track each individually. Like a project within a project. Team members can also share files and meeting notes within the project.

If an idea pops up during a meeting, we immediately jot it down in ClickUp. It makes it easy to build upon that idea in the comments or description. We do a lot of back and forth and the interlinking between tasks is great for connecting projects to form a bigger picture. ClickUp leaves us feeing more accomplished because we can visualize how much we've completed together.

My team responds better when they have a centralized area where they can add their notes when tasks are given to them. They even create their own spaces for their personal tasks. In our line of work where everything is virtual and not everyone is in the same time zone, it serves as a better way to communicate in an organized way. With one look, the team can easily see what needs to be done. It minimizes the need for calls as all the information needed is in the task

We improve our collaboration and internal communication. Our team was able to follow several projects simultaneously, with clear information about their upcoming tasks. We can now coordinate all the tasks in one place and have valuable information to make curse-changing decisions when needed. The team has gained autonomy to manage their time and link between members of their or other areas. This has cut down project managing time by a third.

We've been able to use the docs feature for all of our meeting agendas and minutes - since they're all in one place, it saves us the time of having to go and track them down. We can also all create our own action/takeaway items immediately into tasks so that we can get to work right away. This means we no longer run into the problem of forgetting what we were supposed to do in between meetings.

The docs feature is also great for our content creation and for documenting processes, which has saved us a lot of time since notifications from those docs go directly to our ClickUp inboxes too.

The comment feature is handy for reviewing items and the centralized notification system helps us stay on top of things and not lose anything in the shuffle.

Absolutely communication between the partners. The three of us do not work together daily, and rely on this tool to be able to check our sales updates, as an example, without needing to phone or email or for a meeting!! Additionally, we use it to communicate with our teams that go out face to face with our clients on events, and they have all of the client's booking history and updated details at their fingertips, so they can deliver a superior level of service for our guests.

The best case of application thus far has been setting up a space for every region where the company has operations at and every space flows up to a global space where the executives are able to see resource allocation and status of the company initiatives. Furthermore, the collaboration over the same project helps to avoid double work.

In theory, ClickUp would be facilitate better collaboration within our department and also without. However, in practice, the challenges with the software - and the limits of the functionality without being at the top-tier fee level - there really is the sense of almost collaboration enhancement, but you are left with a feeling of just missing out on something great.

Collaboration between all the teams within an organization has improved a lot after adopting ClickUp as it is very easy to monitor all the things for the management at one place. Previously with the help of excel it was very difficult to manage all the things and is not possible to keep all the things at one place and one has to explain the task or progress of a project manually. But with the ClickUp it is easy to update the state of the job from not started state to deployment state. So, whenever the lead wants to track or communicate with the team, they can straight away update their comments in the ClickUp and the end user will get notification regarding it at the same moment.

ClickUp allows up to track all tasks in an organized way for each project manager. We can create any view that is beneficial. Mind maps and whiteboards are great for brainstorming. We also simply use a board/list view to build a backlog of work for a certain product/goal. We create public shareable links to communicate project data to key stakeholders.

Including observers without assigning them the task. Also making a broad observer without the need to add them specifically in every task (for high admins). We used to use messaging apps like Skype and Teams for ad-hoc collaboration, but the problem would be that work would often fall between the cracks. ClickUp has been able to address this operational requirement, and we're able to use it just as well for ad-hoc operational work as well as for project work, which we used it for initially. We've gone as far as integrating into our ERP system so that all tasks related to orders, returns, etc., are now managed in ClickUp rather than elsewhere.

I don't have a team but I have worked with sub-contracted that I added to my ClickUp to manage tasks. It was a great experience to keep working the way I always do. All I had to do was invite them to my ClickUp and assign tasks by changing a custom field. They were able to leave comments to ask questions or provide updates.

Our team has moved to a hybrid remote/in-office model, and in October 2023, we will become a fully remote agency. This definitively would not be possible without the collaborative improvements we've all enjoyed after the switch to ClickUp—not so much in creative collaboration (that happens for us primarily in-person or via Google Meet)—but in our partnered communications. ClickUp has made it easier for us to stay informed about our respective workloads, communicate about bandwidth relief, share responsibilities across projects, and share clients.
