  • Generally, it has improved team collaboration as we can easily tag people to a certain tasks as long as he's a user.
  • It saved up a lot of manhours, in our case an hour max versus manually sending reminders. The automated reminders are very useful to track progress and notify people of their deadline.
  • There's a 20% increase on project completion delivery as the tool has helped a lot in terms of what are the overdue tasks of a certain projects and again, people are reminded of it.

  • We get things done since the tasks are trackable, and keep things organized, so this saves perhaps some days per year since we don't have to look for missing tasks or information
  • There are time savings for asynchronous communication on the tasks vs. having meetings, saves around 4 days per year
  • The fact that other members can track how things are going in ClickUp vs. asking the person saves probably at least a week of work per year

  • however we have spent too much time fighting with the system and the support team, that we have a running joke that our team is ClickUp's QA and beta-testing team

  • Time saving due to streamlined processes and less manual work
  • Using ClickUp for my multi-channel content plan has been a game-changer due to the automations. Just have to add the topic and new tasks are created for each channel
  • Reduced overwhelm because of the possibility of time blocking in ClickUp. With time estimates for each task and my time blocks, I can plan my weeks based on time capacity. No more overcommitting or feeling like I am not getting anywhere
