They talk like 6th graders that grew up on Barney the Dinosaur.
They are super-delighted that you contacted them and reply telling you so, peppering their messaging with exclamation points and emojis of rainbows, unicorns, flowers, rabbits, etc..
However, they refuse to get on voice call, make you do tons of work to record and document everything about your problem, including screen recordings, multiple steps of authorizing them to help, and more. Then they pass your problem on to someone else who starts everything all over again (including the unicorns).
They provide you a support ticket number - except do not have a system in which you can view your ticket, with or without a number.

All of that aside, they don't actually fix anything, like at all. But they are excited to get you to join their support forum so you can spend hours there chatting about their software and swapping cute emojis.

Showed them screenshots of an "alphabetized list of names" that are not alphabetized and they responded that all their lists are alphabetized, so we are wrong.

ClickUp support is incredible! They respond quickly with any questions about my issue, provide a timeline, and elaborate on how they will solve my problem. They are incredibly respectful and accommodating. Whenever I run into an issue, I know that ClickUp support will be happy to answer any questions and help my team out. When I start a support ticket, I know that I won't be getting sent article recommendations, I will be speaking to their customer support team immediately.

I use ClickUp for centralizing my daily basis work. It helps me in every aspect If I want to manage any meeting with clients or with a team or want to check the status of my previous work then ClickUp is best for that

Every single time I've had to reach out for support with this product the personnel that has engaged with me exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable, patient, energetic, and most importantly fully capable of resolving my issue to completion.

I've only used it one time and the issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. This is what I personally want, I don't need people who act like we're going to be best friends while we solve this problem. Fix it as quickly as possible and on to the next thing.

I started using ClickUp when it was what most would consider a baby company. There were the occasional bugs that made working in ClickUp a little bit of a headache, but the support feature allowed me to chat with a real persona and communicate my issues. I would always get prompt support and someone willing to really help me, not just point me to FAQ pages. Not feeling like a number really makes a difference.

Support are genuinely helpful and really nice to deal with. I had a bug on my workspace that I’d been experiencing for a while. They looked into it for me and asked some questions. Once they found the issue and resolved it, they even filmed a video detailing how they’d fixed it. That level of support is fantastic.

When an inevitable outage or slowdown occurs, the app itself notifies the users of the issue and the repair status without any additional work on the part of the user. Additionally, contacting support is straightforward and easy, with response times and the quality of follow-ups making it less-dreaded than other support queries I've made.

I like how diligent ClickUp are in making sure you hear end-to-end updates on any features that are fixed/released that you have previously been involved in / conversed with them about. This gives a great sense of 'influence' over the direction of the tool - which everyone hops will evolve to meet more and more needs.

ClickUp is a large company that has done well to scale human-based support to make users feel accommodated and cared for.

You can always reach support, and a real person will either answer your question or get you an answer.

They are innovative and helpful in their support - they will send you a video of how to do something, automatically add your request to the feature request list, and automatically submit bug tickets. The whole ClickUp product was basically built on user input, and support really mirrors that culture.

We've only had one problem with ClickUp for over a year and it occurred when we were about to renew our subscription for the paid licenses. Thanks to exceptional customer service we've been able to resolve it fairly quickly and on top of that ClickUp has refunded us quickly with an amount that was due. We've barely ever come across such helpful customer service, so that's a big plus.

I've never had to use the support for ClickUp. I am just a user/manager of the product and not the account holder. I suspect that my supervisor (who is the account holder) has had much more experience with the support for the product. I haven't heard anything negative, so I suspect that the support is satisfactory.

ClickUp provides all the support you need over email. The customer service is excellent. I didn't interact with the support team too much as there was rarely an issue that I needed help with. However, when I did need help they were excellent.

I haven't really used support for ClickUp. I never have had to honestly; ClickUp is super great. But at the same time, they have self-help options available if you're confused about any aspect of ClickUP. Therefore, I would rate the support for ClickUp a ten out of ten.
