We started using CloudTalk for inbound calls with our customers to secure a better and more dynamic client relationship. We are able to track the performance of our support calls in intuitive dashboard and we are definitely closer to our customer around the world. The software is very intuitive itself so anytime we don't perform well regarding our support team calls, we are able to quickly take actions and make adjustments.

CloudTalk has been helpful for us to stay in touch with our customers, mainly from Asia and Africa. We connected it with Hubspot so it runs smoothly and saves us some time on our day-to-day tasks. I use it for internal communication and joint calls with clients as I focus on marketing research. Connecting with Hubspot allows me to sync data to know when a client is ready to talk. The interviews are easily recorded, and I evaluate them later. It's great that I don't have to search for the data in different tools, but I can get it in a few clicks, which makes marketing research easier.

All of our work is based in the US, so CloudTalk helped us gain a US number as we are located in the UK. We have Salesforce as a CRM system and CloudTalk made it super easy to install their app and also to integrate it with our CRM system. It's great to have a system all in one place and one that is so simplistic.

This enabled us to have a clearer vision of the ROI of our actions, especially when it comes to printed media. We also needed a tool that offered ease of setup and maintenance, compatible with our numerous Hubspot workflows.

We made the switch to CloudTalk to try and ease a lot of our admin duties when it came to monitoring inbound and outbound calls. The transition was smooth and it was easy to navigate the application for our team. We receive quite a lot of calls on a daily basis, so being able to see details relating to the caller as well as being able to link their details to Intercom to follow up is extremely useful for us.

Within the organisation, we use CloudTalk for essential business calls with clients on various continents. We used to be concerned about rising cellphone bills, but now we can concentrate on what matters most: building solid business relationships. When it comes to the regularity with which I profit from CloudTalk, I'd estimate three to four times each week. Because it has made communication more accessible, I don't hesitate to make an extra call to keep in touch with my international partners.

The support during the trial was great. It is very easy to set up and use. We use CloudTalk for important business calls with clients in other continents within the company. Previously we struggled with increased cellular bills, but now we can focus on what's essential - establishing strong business partnerships. Regarding the frequency at which I benefit from using CloudTalk, I must say that's approximately three-four times a week. As it has made communication accessible, I don't hesitate an extra call to maintain solid contact with my partners abroad.

CloudTalk is being utilized by myself and a team of appointment setters for our organization. The entire evaluation of the product and implementation, including integration with our CRM system, was a great experience. Our previous dialing platform was antiquated and difficult to use and consistently delivered skewed reporting numbers. With CloudTalk, our data and analytics are updated in real-time, the setters have all the "bells and whistles" they deserve in a dialing platform to make their jobs easier and more efficient.

CloudTalk is a perfect addition for our call center, enabling our appointment setters to easily work within our CRM with the CloudTalk utility. The real-time syncing with data, contacts, and reports/analytics is refreshing. I cannot think of a scenario where this platform wouldn't be appropriate for our business. The only feature that is lacking in video chat but we've overcome this need with Google.

Easy to use and very user friendly, can start immediately. Sales and support team especially Chia has been very helpful and responsive. Talktime charges for Singapore seem to be on higher side compared to other dialer even with preferential pricing. Overall pleasant experience, good to use, user friendly. Sales and support team are very responsive. However, will be good if there's further revision on the pricing which will help us in maintaining cost low for the long haul.

Our Support and Sales team has been using CloudTalk for a little less than a year. Our sales representatives each have their dedicated number which is great for providing accurate data. As we've moved away from Zendesk to intercom recently, we needed another VoIP system and CloudTalk was responding to our needs.

  • A lot of features are still missing, some of which are pretty basic like being able to select multiple filters instead of one.
  • Desktop app has had some instability issue.
  • IVR needs to be self-recorded which can lead to a lower quality.
If the phone is your least popular contact channel or you only need it for outbound, then CloudTalk will be a good fit for you. It is easy to use and has a friendly interface but needs some features to bring a good amount of features to catch up on other VoIP systems like Avoxi or Aircall.

We use CloudTalk across the whole business. CloudTalk is our chosen platform to contact and be contacted by all our customers. Since I'm always travelling CloudTalk allows me to be in contact with all our customers from the same phone number.

Voice calls [with CloudTalk] work very well from pretty much everywhere, you just need to have a good network connection and the audio quality of the phone call will be perfect.
This is really helpful to avoid for example roaming costs and also to have one single phone number to be contacted by the customers.
Where I find that CloudTalk can improve is on their native iOS application where sometimes is unstable.

CloudTalk is a great communication tool that can be used for professional but also private usage. I have been using it for one month only but I haven't been facing any issues so far. The connection has been interrupted just a very few times and our clients are always audible. Therefore I would recommend it for the businesses that need to do a lot of calls.

  • I was not able to use SMS tools but I am not sure if it was CloudTalk's fault.
CloudTalk suits mostly businesses, where it is necessary do to a lot of calls on a daily basis and they are talking to customers in different countries. This app also suits companies that are dealing with cold calls... Maybe for the private usage, it's a bit less suitable as you need to pay for it but it is cool even for the private usage once you have it I guess.

We needed a call center functionality and software, not only for ease of use but also for reporting and day to day operations management. We currently on do inbound, but potentially may do outbound in the future. It's currently only being used by a few people in the tech support department. We provide tech support for seniors and others who have trouble navigating day to day digital tech, such as mobile phone settings, social media, emails, etc.

  • Callback can be a bit annoying and hard to distinguish between if it's a callback or an incoming call. If we miss a call, we have it set to do an automatic callback, but if for whatever reason I don't want it to call back, and I click on the X when the callback starts, as far as I know there is no way to delete future callbacks for that particular call, as in override the system. It would be nice if there was a popup instead that was a reminder to callback, as opposed to just calling back and having the call popup, which then forces you to do something.
  • Call flows could be made a little more intuitive
  • Website fields should have darker borders to tell where the fields are
CloudTalk is great for providing [...] essential necessities for a call center software, but at a fraction of the cost [for] some more mainstream providers. It's great for providing local numbers as well, eliminating the need for a toll free number. One thing I'm not sure of is if they offer concurrent licenses, but I can see where that would be appropriate and advantageous in a larger setting.
