CloudTalk is used by our department - Customer Service where we have 28 agents.
  • Quality of calls.
  • Nice tools to leave notes and review.
  • A lot of tagging options.
Cons
  • Could show detailed statistics on app.
  • To give a one touch call ID number.
I like the CloudTalk app mostly, it is easy to dial the numbers and the app gives me an impression my cell phone call keypad. The color is also well-chosen. It soothes the eyes and I can easily catch the important and necessary tools at one glance.

It would be good to see how many calls I have done during the day on app instead of always checking on the dashboard.

We are working with the ticketing and chatting system from LiveAgent. We were looking to optimize our communication processes with customers over the phone and we picked CloudTalk as the best available solution. It works well for us and the integration with LiveAgent was easy. We are receiving calls from our customers regarding pre-sale or technical questions about the software we sell and support. I can see all the necessary details about the calls and available agents in one place, including reports, SLAs and other metrics I need to work with.
  • Extremely helpful support team.
  • Easy to use interface.
  • Detailed reports.
  • Smooth integration.
Cons
  • I would appreciate deeper integration with LiveAgent.
With CloudTalk, you are able to answer and transfer calls easily. The IVR is a very flexible tool which can be used for all of our scenarios. I can set up a different IVR structure for every number which we have connected in LiveAgent via CloudTalk. It is very useful when we are working with multiple numbers for multiple languages and two products.

We use CloudTalk to facilitate our business phone system. We chose CloudTalk specifically for the HubSpot integration and ease of use. I've used many phone systems with different CRM's and I've really enjoyed how much easier this one is to implement than some of the other ones out there. Everything is really in the app, they don't require you to register numbers with Twilio, it's just a one-click integration.
  • Implementation was easy.
  • Customer support is great, they're very easy to reach and helpful.
  • Interface is clean.
Cons
  • I don't believe there is a way to do simultaneous outbound dialing for a sales team.
We use CloudTalk primarily for inbound customer support and call routing for different reps; I can't speak to heavily about how well this would work for a call-center or a real hard-sales environment. I think for most businesses looking to have an easy-to-implement dialer and call-tree, this is more than sufficient.

CloutTalk is used as a softphone solution as we are all working remotely across UK, US, and Israel. This gives a number we can publish to allow potential clients to contact PlanetWatchers by calling, We are also using the solution for clients' calls both locally and internationally. This avoids hardware requirements that may have been required for individual users. It also makes it easily portable.
  • The setup is particularly straightforward.
  • The introduction set up call is also very thorough if required.
  • The ability to setup local contact numbers good.
Cons
  • The integration with HubSpot is okay, but did not seem easy.
CloutTalk is ideal for multiple callers across multiple geographies. It seems to be able to integrate with multiple platforms and solutions, therefore, is useful for automating the tracking of call metrics within relevant CRM solutions. The recording function is also very useful for the training and improvement of team members.

Cloudtalk is easier to use and cheaper than most

We needed a call center functionality and software, not only for ease of use but also for reporting and day to day operations management. We currently on do inbound, but potentially may do outbound in the future. It's currently only being used by a few people in the tech support department. We provide tech support for seniors and others who have trouble navigating day to day digital tech, such as mobile phone settings, social media, emails, etc.
  • Ease of use and user interface
  • Mandatory yet simple call tagging
  • Customization of caller profile fields
Cons
  • Callback can be a bit annoying and hard to distinguish between if it's a callback or an incoming call. If we miss a call, we have it set to do an automatic callback, but if for whatever reason I don't want it to call back, and I click on the X when the callback starts, as far as I know there is no way to delete future callbacks for that particular call, as in override the system. It would be nice if there was a popup instead that was a reminder to callback, as opposed to just calling back and having the call popup, which then forces you to do something.
  • Call flows could be made a little more intuitive
  • Website fields should have darker borders to tell where the fields are
CloudTalk is great for providing [...] essential necessities for a call center software, but at a fraction of the cost [for] some more mainstream providers. It's great for providing local numbers as well, eliminating the need for a toll free number. One thing I'm not sure of is if they offer concurrent licenses, but I can see where that would be appropriate and advantageous in a larger setting.
