The CMiC Support Team is great. Anytime I had an issue, it was resolved very quickly within a few hours. I really think this is something important for the company to note that they're doing very well in this area. So, thank you CMiC. I never dealt with the support agents myself, but my peers have.

I have been able to send requests to my office and receive responses in a very timely manner. I believe a MARANT employee worked at CMIC before and possibly that might be a little easier to troubleshoot items and has resulted in a positive experience. I have yet to reach out to CMIC staff myself to diagnose an issue.

The platform operates well, but only operates as good as the information input. Having a PM/PC team that adheres to the strict use of the application shows that it is a very good tool for us on-site to access needed information when we need it.

They are not the quickest to respond to a problem, and the solutions they provide aren't always the best. I had an issue with the software, which the software created as it was a glitch in the system, and the CMiC support was going to charge me to fix the issue that was created by the software itself. Instead of paying for this, which we shouldn't have to, I re-created the entire project I was working on.

CMiC has a fairly rigid support system, and it feels that support is responded as if they were reading from a script. They do respond in a fairly timely fashion, but I am not sure that all of their teams are on the same page at all times.

Our IT department seems to understand the program inside and out, so with all issues and glitches I have had, I've been able to get resolution within 24 hours. There is also a user manual I have recently found that really helps me to understand the features and quirks of the program.
