[Cofense] Vision is an effective solution which goes hand in hand with the other solutions from the Cofense Suite (PhishMe and Triage). Coming from an organization which handles extremely high amount of mail traffic, it is a tedious task to remove the spam/phishing mails by oneself from exchange server. [Cofense] Vision automates that activity serving as a perfect solution from Email security.

It is well suited in environments where there is a high mail traffic to handle. [Cofense] Vision basically journals the exchange server and keeps a copy of the mail received in the environment. Really beneficial to revoke and quarantine the mail reported by one user, but footprint is there in other mailboxes as well. Less appropriate in the cases where there is no proper segregation of duties within the organization. As it is possible to see contents of the mail. Only authorized personnel should be able to use it.

We are now working in a secure and safe environment and its speed of action is salutary too, as it immediately takes action against suspicious emails.

Since [Cofense Vision] has the capability to act against a phishing attack it can be used in all sizes of firms but is most suitable for the mid-sized because sometimes its system clashes. I don’t know exactly the reason behind its clash but as far as I have observed it might be because of overworking or non-compatibility. Despite this fact, this tool is powerful enough against phishing attacks and is a genuine email security tool.

Cofense Vision was a pleasant surprise for us at IT. We started using it more than 1 year ago with the indication of other colleagues. Since implementing Cofense Vision on our AWS, phishing emails have dramatically reduced. It is implemented for all users of our headquarters [where] I work. With features such as AutoQuarantine, the tool already automatically identifies and deletes malicious emails from users' inboxes, ensuring greater network security and preventing curious users from opening the email and becoming infected. This tool is excellent to prevent and remedy external attacks, [minimizing] damage to the organization's business. My inbox never showed up again phishing email after using this tool.
