Web-based workflow software by CMW allows non-technical users to create automated workflows and web-forms with drag'n'drop simplicity right from web-browser. It also aims to empower business users to modify workflows and forms on-the-fly without requests to IT-professionals.

We need to track our educational program to identify the progress on our ongoing project with various clients. And the best thing is that you don't have to be expert in technology to use it. Projects can be tracked on the go as well as you can access projects from your phone as well.
You can create task for the team or any individual and you can easily track what is happening. Whether they are work on it or not or what exactly is the status. You can easily create task or you are simple use custom charts which are available.
You can also assign approval rules and control to control who all can access any given task and see the progress or even approve it.
Designing work flow is really simple.
Task management is convenient as you can assign tasks to team mates, set deadlines and monitor progress easily.

You really don't need much in-house support. We simply escalate issues whenever we encounter one and that's it. We don't need additional in-house support when you can simply connect with Comindware support easily. We have a SPOC for Comindware Tracker and we just keep him in loop while connecting with Comindware support.

Phone support is available from 10 in the morning to 5 in the evening but not on the weekend. Though customer support is not 24/7 but they are really quick at resolving issues. Phone support is really courteous and determined to reslove issues at the earliest. We have had really good experience with them.
Oracle Linux premier support is available at no extra cost to users for systems. However, we do not use it Linux.

Yes, we reported issues at multiple occasions when we were starting off with it. Whenever there is an issue with tracker we send mail immediately and connect with them over phone as soon as possible. As phone support is available during the day only and we just want to resolve issues the same day.
You don't have to be from IT to get started and working on it. They have made it really simple from almost everybody to work on it. You get comfortable real quick as it is similar to Outlook. Max to max you won't take more than 2 weeks to get a hang of it.

Comindware works perfectly on all sort of phones and tablets. You really don't need to install it. All you have to do is to open it in a browser and put in your login details. It works fine on phone as well.

We are using Comindware Tracker in some departments and it is going to be used across the organization in a while. Form-based workflows or a synchronous work processes are designed by demand. Some of these processes are specific to a group or department, but some business processes involve field workers and people from multiple departments.
  • Flexibility in our workflow automation. It’s easy to modify the existing processes when the need arises
  • Web forms creation without a single line of code
  • The parallel approval mechanism allows sending work items to a group rather than a single person
  • No cons as for now
Comindware Tracker is for collaboration-focused workflows. It routs the process, allows social collaboration and assigning work items to queues, sends notifications and allows convenient workflow tasks management for individuals. You can also create your own individual tasks, but this functionality is far from perfect and don't use it for to-do-list management.

  • I got stuck when integrating Comindware Tracker with my Outlook. Comindware support service helped quickly with installing connector and getting integration work.

You can't create a new workflow or web form from mobile interface - all administration features are available from desktop browser. Mobile interface allows doing anything you could ever need during completing your workflow tasks - attach documents, send them for approval, discuss issues with a workflow task, check your daily tasks list, share a link to a task with your colleague.
There's no need to read documentation or contact support service to figure out how to go ahead with work I need to do on daily basis.

My company is using Comindware Tracker to enhance daily workflows across all departments and to create new processes that facilitate sharing information by employees and building knowledge base. We have numerous workflow apps running, including a bulk of approval apps, claim management apps, corporate training and HR processes automation apps, and more.
  • Easy to set up. I built my first app prototype and got it up and running during trial period. Technical support was very responsive and helpful.
  • It empowers you to develop and enhance applications quickly. There's no need to switch to administrator's environment - you can do all you need from a single environment for both administrator and user. No need to stop running workflow items if you need to adjust a workflow or a form.
  • Comindware tutorials are quite detailed, but does not cater for real life issues.
It is perfect for approval-based workflows.
  • Comindware Tracker ensures rapid solutions development, so business problems can be resolved quickly
  • We have found that it has reduced operational costs throughout the company
Comindware Tracker biggest advantage over KiSSFLOW is flexibility, e.g. you can automatically start conditional and daily requests, dynamically assign users to tasks based on form data, and more.
  • You can automatically export images attached to a task. For example, it is required to include images from several tasks to a quarterly report. You can do it when configuring a quarterly report template.
  • Advanced notification settings. You can set notifications about workflow task completion, task status change, discussion message in a task and whatever action and it can be send to any user you choose.
