Senior Systems provides our school management and school information systems. It is used across the organization and provides an [uniform] platform for communication and management of the school's processes from payments to posting grades and discipline. The software has been highly customized for our academy's needs, and we have been using it for approximately 20 years.

A broad-based, unified platform that can be used in many areas across campus.
Robust database that is very customizable.
A web-based platform that can be used on any device.

Outdated look and feel for internal and external customers.
Somewhat complicated and tough to learn; it's not very intuitive.
Customer service response times and support leave something to be desired.

Able to be used across the campus in many areas - from enrollment and grades to school store management.
We have a long-term partnership with Senior and they have helped us build a robust system that is very tailored to our needs.
Having everything available in one system is extremely convenient.
