Within its lane it is pretty usable, however, any bounds crossing either limit the usability of the platform or costs extra to do and/or requires additional handholding and time which defeats the goal of automation. this means that a stop gap while you get to a more robust solution could work - but I don't think it will be a full solution for most SMEs

More modern (gen Z) users are very confused by the interface and small fonts on the screen. Also, there is often downtime. Finally, if you pay for the white glove service to check the OCR, you will still have errors and delays in processing.

The new UI is a little bit complicated and opens reports, upload reports, and use images when you have multiple invoice images to submit under one single report. I just do trial and error methods and get the work done.

I did have some trouble with pulling up the flights, but after going out and then back again, I was able to connect. The rest was straightforward. All of my information had been saved from previous travel, so I didn't need to do anything other than book the flight.

I think it is very easy to use, especially once you are acquainted with it. I think the UX could be improved so some things, like accessing old reports, are more intuitive once you learn it though it is not difficult to replicate.

It was easy to use, you can access everything from the home page, every drop down menu is self explanatory. Submitting receipts is simple, it's good that it allows to save and attach them to each expense. You can save lots of receipts and when you create new expenses, you can select from the receipts that are saved.

I really like the app. It's easy to add receipts. I can easily find the categories for my expenses as well. I think some of my confusion and frustration with the product comes from the account numbers my institution assigns to purchases. I do with that Concur saved commonly used accounts so it would be even easier to complete my reports.

The product is very intuitive to use and has the feature sets we utilize the most easily accessible. Out of the box is worked really well with very little customization to achieve out goals. Compared to previous expense and travel reimbursement programs, I find Concur has been the easiest to use

I do recommend this program. I continue to mention., this has been very helpful, user friendly and has been a great asset to use to assist with time management. Not only are leadership involved with using this program but all staff as well. This is also a great way to hold each accountable.

Overall it gets the job done and seems very simple to use. I think they just need to update the app and make it more user friendly and easier on the eyes. I also have tried to look at past reports or reports that I approved and had a lot of trouble locating them. I am not even sure I was able to locate them.

I've been using Concur more frequently for work since I've been traveling more recently and had a lot of expenses to submit. Concur definitely is not an intuitive program, but as you use it more and more you get the hang of it and learn its intricacies. The app makes uploading receipts much easier, and if you do it ASAP you don't have to worry what happens if you lose the paper copy of a receipt. My biggest issue with Concur is the expense approval process. If you don't follow all the requirements to a 'T' when submitting your report it'll get kicked back, even if its for the smallest little error. This makes submitting expenses much more tedious and frustrating than it needs to be.

Everything is pretty straight forward when it comes to using the product. We have been happy with how it has met our needs so far. There are a few things that could be improved, but overall there are a lot of good features that really help to make things easier on our staff.

I would rate usability as a high (8) for concur software. I find that expenses are easy to upload with the the mobile app and things are generally easy to categorize to the appropriate resource center/ line item. While the UI is not a slick as other serves out there (expensify) it is pretty good.

For me 6/10 means something like "does its job well, but is some distance from great". I find using Concur somewhat painful compared to some shining examples of usability out there (for example from a different usage cases Workday, Microsoft teams, Solidworks, Trello, hell even MS Office is a shiny example of usability by comparison).

However, that said these niggles in the frontend are somewhat overcome by the backend integration that enables us to track our people when they are travelling round the world. So if there is an emergency we know who is where.
