Integrated travel and expense solution company wide that had the travel and expense policies of the company inbuilt. Intuitive and easy to use. Little to know training required. Accessible both on a web browser and app.

Can consider as global standard tool
Use Concur Expense for employee reimbursement for several countries currently. Expense is also used to process invoice in Japan, and Travel is used for entity in US. the easy UI helps to get employee easy to process expenses but our business process makes more complicated to request claim. I highly recommend to review business process when implementing Concur than tweaking system to current business processes. Corporate Credit card is also linked and interfaced to link to employee expense. simple step to send for approval. I also used Concur in former company and it getting a defact standard for expense. so even for new joiners, it's easy to get to used to use the tool. less work for helpdesk to support

Expenses and booking travel. Sometimes the system is not really user friendly and its difficult to sumbit your expense.
There should be on screen suggestions or a quick steps guiide how to do it in an easy manner.

SAP Concur experience
SAP Concur help us to make our expense reports very easily, the part that I most like is the App where you can start adding the receipts not to lose them and make the expense reporting easier. With the different expense types we can classify properly our expenses and get all the approvals needed. We also have the travel part connected with our agency to book directly from the tool which is so cool as it is an all in one product with a great user experience.

I use SAP Concur to submit expenses. When uploading receipts, it takes a long time to save. The search feature on the Allocation field that my organization uses is not user-friendly when it comes to searching for codes.

We use it for weekly travel. It pulls in all of our data for expenses and provides a quick way to track and submit the expenses. I use it weekly as I travel frequently. I couldn’t imagine having to manually track all of that without the help of SAP Concur. I enjoy using it.

I Use Concur for travel and expenses.<br>it’s a very user intuitive and convenient tool for travel/expenses <br>Scope: flights, car rental, hotel reservations and submitting travel related expenses as well as other corporate related expenses like training and mobile expenses. I also approve expense reports for my direct reports.
- Drag and drop is a good addition
- Comparison of charges entered and the receipts
- Display of flight options, doesn’t display prices right away, you have to click on options to find out.
- Itemizations: very tedious processes. There’s no % deviation. It has to be exactly matching. Painful if it doesn’t match up.. e.g. not even cents margin
- Travel reservations: very old display, should modernize

SAP Concur is a great product in the digital transformation journey for any organisation...
We use SAP Concur Request & Expense modules, both work great. The Request module has limited functionality compared to the Expense module and needs some improvement. The stand-alone Expense module is slick and works great, we can configure and manage the same ourselves at the Admin level; whereas the Request module needs to be managed by SAP Concur support and getting our change & customization requirements across to SAP Concur support isn't always the easiest thing to do. Every time you try to reach out to support, you need to start explaining your changing landscape and background from the start, SAP Concur support does not have a dedicated support staff assigned to an organisation so it isn't the easiest thing to do.
- Expense Module
- Request Module needs an upgrade in functionality to mimic Expense Module, also SAP Concur needs to let Organizations manage their Request Configurations on their own. We can manage our Expense Configuration but can't even view our Request Configuration, this is a serious drawback.
- Request Module doesn't support approvals on mobile, this is a serious flaw in today's day and age.

I have chosen SAP Concur in many CPG organizations where I have worked as a digital leader. In my opinion, Concur is the best go-to-product when we talk about travel and expense digital solution. It is also simple to implement and to adopt.I do recommend this product.

SAP Concur is Great
We use this for travel bookings, expense reports, and vendor invoice postings and entries back into SAP. The biggest issue is invoices getting hung up and needing manual entries to clear in SAP.

We were using the legacy SAP T&E solution prior to Concur which was outdated and boring. <div>Concur is very intuitive, user friendly and gets the job done. It integrates with SAP ecc and S/4HANA seamless. It has excelling reporting capabilities and super awesome customer support. I am certified as a SAP admin, they offer certification programs which are very useful and knowledge gaining.<br><br></div>

Travel and Expense made easy
We use SAP Concur for travel and OOP expenses. This allows for a single place for booking travel and reimbursement for personal expenses.
- Booking all travel including flights, hotels, rental cars and other transportation.
- Reimbursement for personal out of pocket expenses.
- Makes monthly approval of expenses incredibly easy on the manager
- I honestly cannot find an area that causes me heartache. I have used many other products over the years with other organizations but breathe a sigh of relief when I come on and Concur is part of the onboarding process. Most other products are incredibly painful.
