Best expense tracking tool!
We use SAP Concur to record travel expenses. It is a good centralized system to record, approve, and track expenses for a certain trip. It is easy to categorize expenses.
- Create accurate expense reports.
- Separate expense type into a single report.
- Organize receipt for travel.
- Track Payment once they are sent out. Currently, the latest status I have access to is "Ready for Payment". It would be nice to have "Sent for payment".

Great Expense Management Tool
We use SAP Concur for Expense, Invoice, and Travel. The expense platform is a very robust system. We ExpensIT application is widely used throughout our company. It helps our travelers process expenses quickly and in a timely manner.

Advantages of Concur
Concur automates the business processes for the Travel approval via a standard workflow. The integration with the third party financial applications allows for a clean interface for cost management the mobile and web applications allow for a simple clean user interface for managing the costs, and linking. The rules processes allows for the alignment to company policies.

Experience First!
The expense reimbursement process was manual prior to Concur implementation. It used to take 2 weeks to process expense reports. Implementing Concur has helped to reimburse in 48 hrs of expense report approval. Additionally, we use Concur for our travel bookings. The platform has helped employees book their travel and increased their experience a lot.

Concur digitilizes our travel, approval and expense processes. Coming from "an assistant does it" manual process, this was a very easy and successfull start of our digitlization journey.

SAP Concur easy to use and a very flexible tool
Using Concur for travel and expenses and I love the product so far.. But would be nice to have hotel check in options directly from the app

I use SAP Concur to book my business travels and submit my expenses. SAP Concur integrates with airlines bookings and hotel reservations done outside of the system. At our company we also leverage SAP Concur to change expense incurred for other departments/charge codes. SAP Concur provides workflow routing - reporting structure and charge code based.

Concur for Expenses
we use it for expensing costs back to the company that the employees paid for. often, employees have to pay out of pocket for expenses and we use concur for approving and managing paying back the employees for those expenses. i don't think most people use tripit, but we do have access to it.

Concur Review
It is being used to act as a travel agent to book flights, cars, and hotels. It is also being used as our expense report system in which charges show up and we justify them. It is also a way to receive per-diem and keep travel organized up to the university's standards to show budget information and how much recruiters were spending.

Easy to use Travel & Expense software
SAP Concur helps my company to manage travel bookings and handle the expenses of the employees. With SAP Concur, I have also booked a lot of hotel & flight tickets using the app. The application is easy to use and fits for purpose. I mainly use it to book flight & hotel reservations for my travels and the process is always so smooth.

Concur is an admin workhorse
We use it for credit card and travel. This tool save a lot of admin time in the managing of receipts, approvals and automation back into sap S4. The travel section does a nice job of steering users to preferred vendors and controlling outlier events from happening by accident. We have not explored the other options.
