Expenses submission in 5-10 minutes
Concur Travel and Expense makes it easy to submit expenses. I capture the receipt and send it into Concur's mailbox, it appears in the Gallery for attachment to the expenses. With each item on the expense report, that process takes only a few minutes for the whole expense because of the corporate credit card items are already loaded into Concur Travel and Expense when I log in. Attaching those credit card items to a new report is one click. Altogether the process takes 5-10 minutes with each report.

- Room tax calculation is never 100% with small rounding - please let me edit that field when needed to get the expense report to tie out exactly to the total needed.
- Would be great to have cheaper price to process expense reports based on complexity - 1 line report to renew membership dues should be cheaper than a 1 week trip report.

Concur Time Savings & Convenience
Prior to using Concur at Precisely, expense claims were always so time consuming and difficult. Had to take pics of receipts and then send to email and download onto my laptop in order to attach to my expense report. Also had to wait to add expenses. Could not add each expense as they were created.

One Stop Travel Expense
We use Concur Travel and Expense to directly purchase travel for our employees. The site is easy to use and provides many partners and options that best fit your travel needs. Within the site, you are able to charge directly to your cost center. The site makes it easy to book last-minute travel while providing comfort knowing my company backs the application.

Best cloud based expense software I've used
We use SAP Concur to record and categorize expenses and also to complete expense reports. Receipt images are captured and upload to SAP Concur as well. Employee expense report submissions go through a workflow for review and approval by the employee's manager and then by our accounts payable team. We also use it to book corporate travel through a partner such as AMEX global business travel.

Concur has significantly streamlined our reimbursement and travel expenses. The mobile app has made it easy and effortlessly for our employees to manage their expenses while on business trips. Overall SAP Concur has been a terrific tool in making travel related tasks more convenient and saves time and cost for travelers.

Inexpensive but limited
Concur Invoice is meant to be used as a procure-to-pay platform. A simple and none frills platform but still P2P so we can put new purchases in addition to renewals through the approval and review process to ensure procurement protocols are observed and implemented.

A great company expense tool!
Every member of our organization uses CONCUR when booking corporate travel, as well as when using personal payment methods for company expenses. This particular SAP application allows our Finance team to accurate track and manage employee spend against specific client or internal cost centres. Multiple drop down features allow employees to search for the appropriate cost centres, and managers responsible for those cost centres are directly sent the expenses for approval, allowing for a streamlined process.

Perfect tool for planning an business travels. Easy to use for expenses reporting. Great that version for mobile devices available. Easley scanning or taking a photo by the mobile device, and add scanned document to the expenses. Great function is also to have system connected to AMEX cards. All expenses in one place.

We use SAP Concur for everything related to employee reimbursement-ranging from Travel, to Expenses, to Technology Device stipends. We had a need for the ability to track, manage, and pay timely--and this platform makes it so easy to do all of that! As we have many employees based in the community that travel, the ability to provide an easy-to-use platform for them to record those mileage and travel expenses is a huge boost to our business.
