It is easier for people to enter their expense report and get it in the approval queue. This allows the reports to be cleared faster.

Concur makes expense reports and booking travel quick and easy.
It's the only program that we use for expenses; parking, client visits, licensing, it all goes directly through Concur. This makes things centralized and straightforward, it goes directly to the manager and it's easy for management to review and approve everything in one place. If a new employee is hired they can get up to speed quickly because everyone is familiar with the product.

A quick Glance at Concur Travel and Expense
It has made expense generation easier
This is hard to answer because I just fill out the reports. I don't see how the ultimate outcomes. I have found Concur effective for me to document my travel and any related expenses. I like that I can keep track of what I've done as well. I've used previous reports of the same conferences a couple of times and just changed the dates because everything was the same. I also like that a P card expense is automatically added in Concur. I wish it would autocreate reports from them.

Concur Travel and Expense, makes expense reporting tolerable and gets you reimbursed quickly!
After switching to Concur, we found much less questions from users thus reducing the administrative overhead

I do recommend this program. I continue to mention., this has been very helpful, user friendly and has been a great asset to use to assist with time management. Not only are leadership involved with using this program but all staff as well. This is also a great way to hold each accountable.

Concur makes expense reporting simple!
A ton of time is saved. This used to be probably half of the administrative assistance workload. We would come back and compile all the receipts and she was using excel to complete the reports. Now they are done by the person submitting them. This cuts down on lost receipts and gets the report submitted in a timely manner with a very quick turnaround on reimbursement.

Expense Management in One Place
It's much easier to have one, central location to book travel expenses and submit reimbursements. Concur automatically pulls in transactions from your corporate card, so you just need to save the paper receipts and attach them to each expense when submitting your expense report. Not needing to worry about making books separately, or keeping track of what expenses should be submitted is much easier because Concur takes care of all of it for you.

Concur streamlines and improves efficiency across the board
We are able to completely automate things that were previously done in excel. Whether it is credit card reports or reimbursing employees for expenses we are able to roll it all into one automated system that makes things incredibly easier. We have saved a lot of man hours by being able to keep everything online plus it makes it easier on the staff to enter everything on their end.

Gets the job done
Relative to our previous software and workflow, Concur has dramatically increased our organizations efficiencies. Uploading receipts is simple for employees to do, routing to management for approval is done automatically, and expenses are automatically uploaded to our accounting systems. Furthermore, it is simple for out accounting teams to sample and audit logged expenses.

Happy User - Good Software
Concur has been a time-saving tool for our sales force and for our accounting team. Expenses are automatically logged into the GL under the appropriate RC and GL line, saving the team tremendous time. Similarly, the administrative review is easy with the automatic workflow as expenses are automatically routed to managers for approval.

Excellent solution for travel booking and expense reporting
My organization's expense report process has evolved from:
- an Excel spreadsheet that needed to be printed out and submitted manually with receipts stapled to it, to
- an ancient piece of software that required a software emulator to run on my computer, took several minutes just to launch, and was extremely difficult to use, to
- Concur Travel and Expense, which works in any browser, is directly connected to my corporate credit card, and makes expense tracking and expense report submission an easy and borderline pleasurable task.

Expenses Made Easy!
The expense reporting and reimbursement process has become much more streamlined for our accounting team. We have a rather large organization and expense reports used to be submitted individually on excel sheets and it was a lot of information for the team to go through and took up way too much time. This has freed up a lot of time for the accounting department to dedicate to other items.
