We used certify for expense reporting, Concur is easy with integration but difficult to load customer job numbers, itemizing is complicated.

Concur makes expense reporting simple!
I am not sure about this. Like I said we went from using a manual excel spreadsheet to this. It seems that most of our other companies are using concur as well so I am thinking they are one of the better options in the industry for expense reporting softwares.

Expense Management in One Place
I only have experience using Concur Travel and Expense and have not used any of its competitor products. I've spoken with friends and old colleagues who have used competitor products and preferred them by a wide margin over concur. Unfortunately, I cannot speak from personal experience regarding other expense management software.

Excellent solution for travel booking and expense reporting
Concur is way better than the other business expense reimbursement programs that I have used in the past. The most recent program that we used before Concur required a VPN connection and a virtual Internet Explorer browser window to manage expenses. It was a nightmare! Before that, I had to keep track of expenses manually in a spreadsheet, then print it out with printed receipts stapled to it. Not with Concur! My expenses feed directly into the software when I use my corporate credit card. The travel booking feature is also much better -- instead of using an outdated, slow corporate travel hub website, Concur allows me to quickly search for and book travel. It's such a breeze compared to the old way.

Concur Expense does what you need it to do!
Concur Travel and Expense is better than the competition (mainly expensify) because of the ease of use. There is quick and seamless integration on the home page with banks and credit cards, so all information is pulled in at a quicker rate than any other competitors who are in the field!
I've not seen another expense software that will let you take a picture of the receipt and not ask you to add in the amounts. As long as the paper wasn't folded up too much, it populates the dollar amount fields. I've shown this feature to a friend out at a conference and they confirmed their software does not have the same functionality.

Easy and efficient expense management
I never worked with any other tool made for this purpose.In the first company I worked for, we were doing all the process by hand. Taking the invoices, doing photocopies, puting them in an envelo... This was not efficient at all and on top you never knew where did you stand in terms of approvals to finally get paid.

Robust tool that gets you where you need to go
I've only had experience with a "manual" system of expense reporting - that is, tracking mileage with a pen and paper and photocopying receipts. This eliminates some of the margin for error, and allows large organizations a way to bring all their reporting needs together in one platform. It's really great.

Very good product to streamline internal expenses
It's been a theme in my review so I would say the integration with other applications and solutions is key. It is allowing me to save a lot of time with the synchronization between the different tools. I think the company behind being SAP allow a very scalability compare to other expense management software
It's better than a manual process at least. I've not used other competitors for expenses. Compared to booking a flight through airline sites is a huge pain though. The interface is not intuitive and flexible enough to really evaluate your options. You get exhausted after a while and just pick which ever one looks good enough.

Overall very happy; lots of room for improvement
Concur is a leader in this space and has partnerships with a wide variety of providers, which helps us gain access to features that otherwise might not be available to us. That said, I don't personally have experience with other travel and expense management solutions, so I can't provide an accurate comparison to SAP Concur's competitors.

It gets the job done, but could be better...
I don't know. We have not used any other competition. The only other company we used reimbursements with was Paycom. Reimbursements were offered within the payroll system so that was pretty neat.
