We are still looking at what platform will work best for our needs and Concur Invoice is a cost-sensitive stop-gap solution while you design and implement your procurement strategy. Note, you should already have strategy and protocols, and processes in place before using concur since it will not help as much if you do not

We implemented Concur Invoice as we needed a quick way to get approval on vendor invoices and we had the existing Concur Expense. We have sunset both products and are fully switching to a new platform.

It is a widely known product and many people are aware and have used the system before. With that it was easy to make the decision and training is very easy to get users up to speed on how to use the software on their PC to get reports submitted timely.

Concur is a meeting planners dream tool for travel.

The most important factors for us to incorporate Concur into our business was the need to simplify the travel booking process as well as cut expenses. We were paying a travel agency around $25 per booking for each flight, that decreased to only $5 per booking with Concur online tool. Bringing the travel booking process in house and decreasing the service fee by $20 were the main factors.

I knew it was solving an inefficiency just based on the basic system, so I was concerned about usability so our users are happy, but was more focused on the pricing of the product. I appreciated that you are allotted a range of reports each month and go up in price based on the range.

The features and product usability is by far the most important factor. This ability to log in, enter reimbursement, and submit is seamless. It also easy help support and FAQs within the system. Above all else, the ability to log in and check on reimbursement as well as opt-in for communication is a great service to team members.
