A reference for measuring organic performance
Conductor is quite similar to BrightEdge in terms of features but very different in terms of user interface. BrightEdge might also be more focused on link building than Conductor is. Other tools don't really compete against Conductor and BrightEdge, with perhaps the exception of Linkdex. SEO PowerSuite's Rank Tracker is quite confusing and desktop-based (although that's not necessarily a bad thing). Other tools are more straightforward, with much more basic tracking capabilities but also much cheaper. Talk to a digital marketing consultant to help you choose the right tool for your specific business needs!

Stop Searching, Choose Conductor
I evaluated BrightEdge, and while their products do offer many of the same features, I found Conductor to outperform BrightEdge in customer service and engagement. I've had a dedicated team at Conductor and we have biweekly meetings where they answer questions, address product updates and overall just ensure that we are getting the most out of Conductor.

Shining the Light on Conductor
Conductor is somewhere between MOZ and BrightEdge. MOZ is very good for entry-level, holistic SEO management and reporting, but is lacking the deeper functionality and toolkit needed for enterprise-level accounts, and scalable reporting and analysis. BrightEdge, meanwhile, does provide all of the tools and data sets (IE, functionality & use-cases) that Conductor provides, with some additional data and insights, but sits at a price-point that is significantly above the investment needed for Conductor. Ultimate, it's a judgment call. I worked with Conductor with previous agencies, and when it came time to select a partner for Delucchi Plus, I fell back on my experience. However, the ongoing support and insight that we are able to glean from Conductor has been invaluable to defining our products and optimizing our workflow.

Conductor - Saves time for a small team
We never used a product before, but we did have an agency that monitored this for us and reported to us on status. It was cumbersome. They only checked our rankings once a quarter so we couldn't make decisions or changes fast enough. We chose Conductor because the tool was really easy to get up to speed on, they showed us a full demo with our own data, and we could easily see that we would be able to do the work of that agency without issue.

Conductor Has Changed How We Execute SEO for the Better
We selected Conductor because the tool was much more intuitive than the competitor and because Conductor had better salesmanship and support. For example, Conductor provided us with knowledgable account service representatives throughout and after the tool implementation. Conductor - a must have tool for any SEO team!
While the Conductor tool and BrightEdge tool are very similar in nature, the level of customer service is no match when it comes to the Conductor company. The customer is their #1 priority and it is has been evident from the time before we purchased the tool up until today. Their level of service has never wavered and in fact, has only gotten better! Their tool has also continued to improve and keep up with technology.

We have tried a number of tools over the years. The biggest difference with Conductor has to be the integration, competitive analysis and recommendations that the software makes based on the current structure of the site, content and keyword discovery. Customer service is also in a class of its own when compared to many other vendors we have worked with.

Conductor: The Perfect SEO and Content Marketing Platform
- BrightEdge, Moz and HubSpot
Moz and HubSpot were great, but not a large enough scale for a business my size. I felt that Conductor was far more user friendly than BrightEdge, and far more useful. Additionally, the customer service and sales team at Conductor was so much more friendly and caring than at BrightEdge. I got the sense that BrightEdge cared more about the bottom line than customer relationships. Their salesmen was aggressive to the point that when I didn't respond quickly enough for him he went over my head and got me in trouble with my EVP. That tactic killed any chance of me wanting to do business with BrightEdge.

Do You Like Building Organic Traffic?

I actually love the competition between BrightEdge and Conductor. Once one tool gets ahead in an area, the other will quickly improve and surpass. For us, the relationships that we've built up at Conductor made the difference. They'll bend over backwards to help us out. Moz is a great tool and we still have a subscription, but Conductor does our heavy lifting.

An Enterprise SEO platform worth your time
Compared with other similar enterprise tools (e.g. BrightEdge and Linkdex) Conductor has the best overall product. They are more advanced capability-wise compared to the offerings of Moz. I find that while Conductor may not be the first to implement a given feature, they usually go further when they do implement something and it feels like a baked product. I've never felt nickeled and dimed by Conductor and there are no extra charges when they roll out new features to the platform.

Great UI and Amazing Customer Support
Condcutor has a MUCH more user-friendly UI (no dead ends like we ran into with BrightEdge). It's easy to see that all of the data and sections of the platform are related and accessible from all areas. Most pages are dynamic as well, so no making changes or selections and then waiting for the page to reload and reflect those selections like BrightEdge.
As with many vertical specific tools, all of those above have strengths in some areas, weaknesses in others. For us, we continue to use them for specific things, but the day to day monitoring and strategy planning comes from Conductor.
