I love the Workspaces. It is easy for me to see all pertinent information related to my service on one platform. I also like we are able to customize our Workspaces. I think I have difficulty determining which widgets I should add to my Workspace and also figuring out how to customize them. Some are very straightforward, but some can be a bit difficult to maneuver.

The only reason I give Conductor a 4 is: the platform itself a massive database of information, and it's easy to get lost in the proverbial rabbit hole. However, as I mentioned before, Conductor doesn't just hand you the keys and wish you good luck. They make sure you can actually use the platform to make serious SEO gains.

Workspaces is especially helpful when setting up workflows for different strategies. For example, you can create a workspace solely for tracking competitor keywords. You can create another just for optimizations on low hanging fruit.

InsightStream and Workspaces save a ton of time in terms of going to pull data to identify insights. Rather I open conductor and immediately get updated insights the tool is generating. A great way to identify things I might need to look into.

Conductor is super usable. The interface is bright and "cheery." They have prebuilt filters to get to the most useful ranking groups, and have a wonderful feature to export charts as images. Both of these features make getting data into reports every week quick and easy. Insight stream is great for getting to a particular issue or "win" to bring up to the client.

Usability can be improved, starting from the naming of the tools in the navigation - it takes a while to learn which one does what. Workspaces are extremely useful, whereas insight streams started to become redundant after a while - I still prefer to dig into the tool to identify problems and trends.

It's much easier to navigate and see insights than any other tool I've used. I think the insight stream is genius—it's an easy entry point into the data and means that I can more easily have a bird's eye view over all 4 of my accounts.

Workspaces are the number one feature where Conductor shines. And my support team helps make and customize them. InsightStream is a cool feature that clients like because it gives them 1-liners about website performance they can devour or share with others in the company. Conductor's user interface for pulling your own data and insights used to be pretty hard to navigate. But it's been improved greatly. SEO professionals who are new to it have told me it is easy to find what you want. But it does SOOO much, training is still necessary.

In comparison to everyone else it is a ten. However, there are certain things (already documented for Conductor) that would make the tool even more amazing. As Conductor is constantly improving their platform they will be a 9+ (10 compared to others) for the foreseeable future.

Conductor is very easy to use out of the box. However, when they introduce a new feature, it can take a little bit to figure out how to use it without help. Thankfully their customer service reps are excellent at guiding you through the process. Overall, the tool is very easy to start with, and you'll quickly learn that there are advanced areas that, if you're willing to put the time in, will save time in the future.
