Our organization used ConnectLeader Click Dialer to increase our outbound calling by 5x. It was used across the sales organization to remedy the slow, manual process of calling one prospect at a time. We began setting significantly more meetings, as well as developing our reps more quickly through a higher number of conversations.
  • ConnectLeader (CL) ClickDialer (CD) integrates well with Salesforce, which reduces our need to take the same notes multiple times.
  • CL CD enables our guys to work through a list of prospects in 10-20% of the time it would've taken before. The number of calls a rep might've made in a week are made in 1-2 hours.
  • CL CD also serves as a great training tool: because our reps are able to make so many more calls so quickly, they have more conversations. This gets them up the curve faster.
  • We wanted integration with a sales enablement tool like SalesLoft so that we could track where a prospect was in a cadence. For instance, we'd call on some people, have conversations, and have to stop to remove them from the list we were working through. Had we had integration, we would've been able to know that prospect had a conversation with one of our reps, and not lose time combing through the lists after the fact.
This is a great tool for heavy outbound teams, call centers, and others who need a greater reach. With integration into the right sales enablement platforms, it's a great tool in reaching the target market. It makes life so much more efficient for reps, who can do in 1 hour what might otherwise take them a week of dialing 10 or 11 digits every time.

  • We've been able to multiply our outbound conversations and appointments significantly with this tool. We saw pipeline begin to grow meaningfully.
We looked at ConnectAndSell, but preferred the pricing structure of CL CD. It just worked better for us, made more sense, and was cleaner.

We also liked some of the functionality on CL CD that we didn't feel we could find inside of C&S. They were mostly equal, but pricing was bigger determining factor, followed by some basic functionality (contact preview, etc....).

We use ConnectLeader Click Dialer to increase the number of conversations that we can have with our current and prospective customers each day. We use the 'local dialing' technology in order to increase the connect rate, and the 'Click Dialer' tool to increase the speed that we are able to dial it.
  • Click Dialer allows us to call a customer or prospect directly from our CRM without needing to type in a phone number or copy & paste
  • Click Dialer allows us to use local presence dialing
  • Click Dialer allows us to record our own calls for coaching and Quality Control purposes
  • CL Click Dialer does not seem to handle phone numbers with extensions very well
  • CL Click Dialer has been somewhat cumbersome to align with our call dispositions and activity types to help us track activity the same way that we have in the past in our CRM
It is well suited for representatives that like to do some 'call prep' because they can call from within the Lead/Contact record in the CRM. It is less appropriate for reps that are most concerned with 'speed'; there are other tools (including ones offered by ConnectLeader) that are much faster than Click Dialer.

  • ConnectLeader Click Dialer gives us a reasonably priced soft phone that we use nearly exclusively, which has a great ROI when it allows us to talk to customers and prospects for 'high-worth' accounts
I have extensively reviewed several dialing technologies, and many offer a comparable 'Click-to-Dial' tool. The real benefit of partnering with ConnectLeader Click Dialer is the opportunity to pair and bundle other prospecting tools that are not offered by other vendors, especially the 'Team Dialer' tool.

ConnectLeader (CL) Click Dialer is used primarily, perhaps exclusively, by the SDR team in my company. I don't see it being as useful in other departments or roles, but it's certainly a time-saver. The reason it's more impactful on my team is because we each make a high volume of calls every day, so the time it saves us adds up and proves to be rather substantial.

I use CL Click Dialer in my role as an SDR. It's an extremely useful tool, allowing me to make calls to different people without having to dial. It's a big time-saver and seamlessly integrates with the CRM system we use. Without a tool like CL Click Dialer, I would certainly be less efficient and therefore less successful in my role. Every SDR team or team that makes a high volume of calls on a daily basis should implement something like CL Click Dialer. Rarely have there been any problems and the overall user-experience is rather intuitive.
  • Usability - It's pretty intuitive and not overly-complicated.
  • Reliability - I've only had a couple minor issues over the 6 months I've used it and they were resolved quickly.
  • Functionality - Useful and time-saving tool that does what it says it will do.
  • UX - The interface is easy to understand, but not the most visually appealing.
It's good for folks who must make a high volume of calls on a regular basis (SDR teams). Elsewhere, it's less useful, though still time-saving.

The connectleader click dialer is used by our sales development team to reach out to prospects directly from Salesforce. It solves the problem of having to dial by hand and having to dial from your desk phone, so if your number is not from the area of the person you're trying to reach, is a huge benefit.
  • Allows you to dial directly from Salesforce without having to dial the numbers by hand.
  • You can choose from custom numbers based on the area you're calling, so you can use a local phone number which could increase your connect rate.
  • Outstanding customer support. Any issues are solved or looked into immediately by their staff.
  • No cons at this point.
Well suited to improve the way you reach out to prospects and making it more efficient to do so. Well suited for companies that are reaching our to different territories since you can always select a local number to dial from. At this point, I cant really think of any situation where it would be less appropriate.

  • Made it much more efficient for us to reach out to prospects and do "one off" calls.
  • Our team is always growing so having the ease of training and awesome customer support helps us get our reps up to speed as quick as possible.
  • It has increased our chances of connecting with our prospects by dialing from custom called IDs based on local numbers.
We came from using connect and sell after around 1.5 years. It basically came down to customer service. Their dialing capabilities and custom settings are very similar, both integrate very well with Salesforce and allow us to reach out to prospects, but ConnectLeader's customer support is amazing. If an issue occurs, we can easily submit a ticket and they will get back to us within minutes with a solution or acknowledgement that they're working to get the issue resolved.
