Support is available and good but is slow at times. Our only disappointment with the product is that support can sometimes take a day or two to get back to you. That speed does not scale for fast paces MSPs that are a 24x7 operation. Support is not frequently needed but is a frustration when it is.

I haven't had to call into their support yet, so I'm looking at that as a positive thing. Their documentation is great and they actually update their software. If you're looking for something that will take care of itself, you can hook yourself into the cloud instance of ConnectWise Control which auto-maintains itself.

If there was an issue, it would take a long time before it was resolved. Even big issues that would affect a lot of their customers e.g. chrome issues. I feel like this is the same across all ConnectWise products however and something you get used to.

I have only needed to contact their support a few times, and every time they were knowledgeable, friendly and quick to offer a solution. The response was quick and we were always able to get the issue resolved. For having this app for so long, and only needing to call them a few times, tells a lot on how stable the application really is.

The software does exactly what we need it to do. I haven't used any other product that is as easy to install and can support remote unattended computers. It allows us to transfer files, run scripts, and make sure these computers are patched.

We [rarely] call the technical support but their response is reasonable. Usually, we have the response back within hour. The technician seem know their base. If issue can not be solved quickly, ticket will be escalate to different support level. Patches and security update also notify regularly. We usually don't run all the update if that does not cover for any security issue or bug that need to fix.

Every time we contacted support, the experience was great and they were very helpful. Sometimes, the wait times were longer. This was unfortunate, but submitting tickets always worked for things that weren't as immediate. We just queued in chat support and worked on other items while we waited. The quality of support was never an issue though.

Shocking response to ChromeOS app stopped working after January 2020 update. Case logged and followed up exhaustively - ignored, false promises to contact back and general disinterest. Only resolved in May 2020 - this speaks for itself.

It's a good tool and integrates with ConnectWise Manage. Nice control all in one spot. I'd like to see a little easier control and admin access, and some possible integration with controlling mobile devices easier, but overall this is a good product and we'll continue to use it unless something significantly better comes along.

Every since we switched over to screen connect, it's improved our support response and resolution time, and saved us an amazing amount of money compared to our previous solution. I enjoy it so much I've even adopted the personal version for home use. When your the family tech guy everyone seem to call, and ScreenConnect couldn't make it easier for everyone involved.

Its been years since I have contacted their support, I think they were pretty over worked then. The only time I had to contact them recently was for an account billing type update and while I did talk to support it was resolved in a day.

Very high uptime & availability. In 2 years only twice has there been an outage, and it wasn't Screenconnect is was a service THEY rely upon

Very easy to use web interface. Ability to send an email with the connection link simplifies supporting clients. Blanking out client screen with custom message lets end user know you are the one accessing their system.
