LogMeIn has always been the gold standard for remote support. In recent years, LogMeIn's pricing has outgrown the software's usefulness. Bomgar and TeamViewer are both priced very well and stack up side by side in features and functionality with Control. Control is the best fit, especially for ConnectWise Automate users.

ConnectWise Control is superior in speed, reliability and has a very lightweight agent. I like LogMeIn second best, but it does take quite a bit more time to connect and the speed moving around is not as quick. Agent installation is super fast as well. You can also convert an on-demand session to a permanent remote control session.

ConnectWise is one of the most cost-effective remoting software. Multiple sessions are really a great feature. support is also good for sessions.speed of remote connections not bad even for multiple sessions. A little less customization. I feel it is one of the best value product for a small to mid-size business compared to TeamViewerLogMeIn.

ConnectWise Control is much easier to use than all other alternatives, and is also highly secure. The compression is great, and the connection times and remote session speeds are hands down the best. The feature set can't be beat with the ability to cast your own screen, draw, record, instant message, web conference, and chat using your microphone just to name a few.

The largest difference between ConnectWise and its competitors is that it is self-hosted, so you deploy it on your own private servers. It is easier to use than Team Viewer. One thing I hate in ConnectWise is the difficulty to connect with multiple users at a time. In this situation Team Viewer helps a lot.

RDP was simply too unpredictable and occasionally inaccessible to the end user. TeamViewer worked well, but the branding and continuous connections with ConnectWise Control make for a more professional experience and look.

Significantly cheaper and stronger solution in comparison to TeamViewer or LogMeIn Pro. LogMeIn had terrible support and tried to bill for extras over and over. They increased costs covertly and simply billed my credit card without permission. TeamViewer solution is far more expensive and updates aren't always included in your yearly dues.

We chose Connectwise Control more on an evaluation basis to see how it will perform up against the competition. It is great on some fronts, however, lacking on others. We are not 100% settled on Control for long-term use.

We previously used LogMeIn but switched almost entirely due to continued pricing increases from LogMeIn. We discovered many additional features that are very nice to have such as the ability to send commands to the computer or basically live chat.

I have only used the personal version of TeamViewer. However, when looking for a professional product, I did consider them. The price versus the features compared with ConnectWise Control seemed not good. I think I get more for my money with Connectwise.

I have used many other screen sharing options, and I have enjoyed ConnectWise the most. The web-based, fast connections, unattended access, and easy installation has set ConnectWise apart from other options like TeamViewer/LogMeIn/Join.me. The price of ConnectWise and ease of use/administration was why I decided to go with it. There are not many things that I am unhappy with on the platform.

TeamViewer was an adequate program. But the install was far more complicated than ConnectWise. Their client software seemed hit or miss when it ran. Not always sure it would reboot properly if the computer accidentally got powered down and back on.

I find Connectwise Control combines features I liked in Kaseya and GoToAssist at an affordable price point with a better interface. There are things I like and things I find lacking in each, but I find only the features I liked in Connectwise Control: the ability to install agents, seamless input integration, good video scaling, session invites via link with simple "run to join," and a host of toolbar functions. Everything being cloud-hosted is then a plus on top of that.

I really don't see TeamViewer as an option in comparison due to what I see as a rather cumbersome client for users.

Easier, lighter, more powerful. Works faster and more reliably. I would use LogMeIn to install ScreenConnect and then switch to that as LogMeIn was much slower to respond. ScreenConnect uses significantly less system resources.
