- It has already proven useful for assisting remote support across time zones and country borders.
- Faster response times! With remote control, we have debugged user problems from hundreds of kilometers away. Those same users would have either had to wait until they returned to our headquarters or suffered through debugging over the phone (ouch!).
- One of our main reasons for going with this product was to avoid overseas trips, a major ROI. It saves us a ton on international flights alone!
- We save dozens of hours weekly by eliminating the need for a site visit.
- We can respond in minutes with the ability to share the screen with the client.
- We can multi-task and support several clients simultaneously.
ConnectWise is worth it

- Easy to use and understand.
- Cost efficient (a much lower price than TeamViewer or LogMeIn).
- Could very easily manage remote machines unattended.
- We are a mobile business and do nearly 100% of our work from remote. Without a tool like ConnectWise Control, we could not operate.
- ConnectWise Control is in the sweet spot of features and price for us.
ConnectWise is a Swiss Army Knife for Your IT Team
- The main benefit has been remote support. Being able to instantly connect to end users and assist them has been absolutely invaluable. I don't think we could go back to an over the phone method after this.
- Being able to rapidly connect to servers while I'm on the go has been a great tool as there have been several occasions this was needed.

- Increased efficiency of technicians through support of multiple sessions. I can manage multiple computers and work on them at the same time. Mostly used for rebooting servers.

- This product has provided us with a positive ROI just by the very nature of its ease of use and reliability. Clients know that we can be there to support them when needed. I have three licenses, and the multiple connections come in very handy. As business continues to grow, I can see my license count growing as well.
- Cost is good, and being able to run my own server has given me confidence that I have control of the deployment and can maintain the reliability of the product myself. This has given us confidence. Not to mention the fact that the product works very well and we have not had any issues with it yet.

- Connectwise saved me a lot of time and effort while securing our remote access. I was fighting off hackers all the time when I had Microsoft Remote Desktop open facing the internet. Once ConnectWise was running I knew they would be blocked after 3 failed logins.
- ConnectWise was always available and I had no downtime the entire time I used the product, which cut down on support costs and allowed me to concentrate on more important issues.

- ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) has easily paid for itself simply with travel costs eliminated.
- ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect) increases profits because its time-to-connect is near-instantaneous. This lets us start work sooner, complete work sooner, and do more work per hour.
- Customers love how fast and easy ScreenConnect is. They like being able to see that their machines are under remote control. They like how easy it is to pass mouse control back and forth.
ScreenConnect is ok, but there are better.

ScreenConnect - Top Value and Features for Money Spent
- ScreenConnect is a far more cost effective tool than LogMeIn, and the principal reason we changed vendors was that LogMeIn kept substantially increasing prices, with no corresponding upgrade in features, performance, or support. LogMeIn has subscription steps of 25 and 100 users... 30 users means I must pay a very large per user subscription price. SC has the same steps but far lower pricing. Additionally, the support component in LogMeIn is priced separately and very expensive. For a single support seat, SC charges us nothing, and for our size, one seat is satisfactory.
- We get less user complaints regarding performance and access with SC than with LogMeIn or VPN, the exception being the delay caused when copying large files. No hard quantitative data, and, our remote user productivity seems to be as good as when they are at work.
