We often need to create an ad-hoc session with a device that is not under our management. Connectwise Control [(formerly ScreenConnect)] gives us a robust resource to control the device, navigate anywhere we need, execute various commands, and engage in an on-screen chat with the client. The session is very simple to create and very user-friendly to initiate. The seamless integration of Control with ConnectWise Automate and ConnectWise Manage makes it the best and most effective choice for our technical teams to deploy and manage our client machines.

Overall, I am very happy with the usability of ConnectWise Control. The only major negative that I can think of is that support can be lacking. Fortunately, the product works well enough that support is not frequently needed. The product simply works and is very reliable. It has been one of more positive experiences we have had with a remote management product.

It does what it is supposed to do, in the nearly 2 years that I have used it we never had any real problems with it. One time all the saved Support sessions disappeared overnight and nobody could figure out why. Other than that it is a solid product for remote desktop support.

If you're a support noobie or a seasoned admin, this product is everything you are looking for. Join with a code - CHECK! Hop onto a permanent session installed on a PC/Server - YOU GOT IT! Wake up a remote sleeping computer - no problem. Need to customize access to different roles in your organization - BUILT RIGHT IN!

Overall ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect)'s strength is its ease of use. One can just email the link to the user and start accessing the machine remotely. It's the easiest support option I've ever found for users to deal with.

It's fast and has good functionality, like being able to have two support users connect to one computer for collaboration. However, we did experience some issues implementing and upgrade the solution.

Really easy to create a new session. The added benefit of having a colleague join your session for additional input helps for higher level support that may be needed. Most end users have no issues starting a new session. Definitely a great product for remote support and I would recommend to any IT support team.

Installation is so straightforward. All you need to do is create the installer by filling in some information (the machine name, company, location, etc.) and then you download it (or even send a link to the download), and run it. The computer doesn't have to be restarted. When you need to connect, you pick it from a list. There are tools to filter the list and make it easier to find the machine or machines you want to use. Then select or double click to connect.

For the most part, ConnectWise is intuitive and easy to figure out. It does require a bit of finagling, but overall is a good product and is useable for the average tech-savvy user.

The software provide many way to have access to remote user's PC or equipment. It also allow session recording and serve as training purpose. Client deployment is easy and secure. Access to console is easy and support by most major browsers. Single pane of glass for administrative and secure with multi factor authentication

Implementing the solution was very easy and the integration with Automate was perfect. The speed is exactly what we wanted and the features are plentiful. There wasn't really much training needed for it. We could also easily grant access to clients for connecting to only their machines. That was also a fantastic perk. One-off remote sessions were were easy to do.

The value it provides is just through the roof. I have very few complaints with the software, and overall it is one of those platforms "that just works." Which is extremely hard to find in the plethora of software platforms offered today.

For many years, I used LogMeIn to connect to remotely connect to customers and was pretty happy with it until they raised their prices so decided I needed to look for an alternative. After some searching, I found ScreenConnect and kept getting free trials but then would get busy at work, so I couldn't really test anymore. I got an huge bill from LogMeIn so bit the bullet and went with ScreenConnect - I have been very happy it - connects easily and has a lot more features than my old software did.

Overall the software is easy to use, especially once it is configured. We used granular type security so some people had more access to servers and systems than other people. Like our Helpdesk is not able to sign into servers or view what they are doing, but the admin and engineers are.

We recently found that we could have 2 hosts connected to the same client. This is very useful for solving tough problems. It is very easy to use, and it is quick and responsive. Pricing also makes ConnectWise very lucrative for us. Compared to other software I've used in the past for similar purposes this was easier to use and more intuitive.

We love this product and use this all the time. We have to remote into people computers to update settings and it has been great compared to other screen sharing softwares. We also have our internet IT that uses it for remote screen sharing os they can update our PCs as well.
