By addressing contracts at the right time, Contract Logix helps organizations manage contract renewals effectively and find potential savings. With its ability to store contracts, track expiration dates, and set alerts for important dates, Contract Logix provides users with insights into contract details and allows for efficient report generation. It also enables tracking of the progress of the contracts team. The software offers visibility to senior leadership and allows contract information to be shared across multiple organizations. Contract Logix is used by the legal dept. to manage contracts.
  • User friendly: Ease of data entry.
  • Easy to generate reports.
  • Searches can be done using various fields.
  • Emailing from Contract Logix could be improved, too many clicks.
  • Copying of records cannot be done.
  • Downloading documents can be improved, drag and drop should be available.
  • Capability to store emails.
Suited for legal depts to manage contracts from cradle to grave—security levels assigned to ensure the integrity of data. It's great for producing reports for management and managing renewals and expirations of agreements is convenient. Contract Logix also does not require extensive computer skills—easy to navigate. Probably not suited for contracts that need payments as there is no link to financials.
