As previously noted, Conversocial does a great job of organizing and distributing customer service issues to team members. Within the tool you can assign, respond or archive items in a simple and efficient manner. All of the Social channels that we were represented on were covered by the tool and newer platforms were in the works for compatibility. The levels of management and individual user levels made the engagement capabilities worry free for the most part. Flagging keywords also helped with the correspondence ease.

Conversocial works wonderfully for our Community Management team. The workflow keeps us organized and on point, task assignments are easy to assign and re-assign. We receive responses to our inbox very quickly and have started using Conversocial for additional channels. We currently mainly use Conversocial for Facebook, but we are starting to incorporate Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We currently have several Facebook pages for our campus locations, Alumni Association, and Military and it's very easy to toggle back and forth between the pages or pull all of the content across each channel in at once.

Conversocial is great for responding and managing customer interactions. You can quickly respond to conversations segmented by each channel. You can also review past conversations with people on social media, assign conversations to different team members, tag sentiment and brand keywords, and archive finished conversations.
