After a quarterly update to the recruiting platform, there was an issue with connections of information between screens. Because we were just launching with the product we were using only the newest workflows that came with the update, while I suspect others had not transitioned yet. I sent the question to central support and followed up immediately with a call as I was training recruiters on the new platform.

Central support was able to log the problem, find me a workaround on the phone, and I was able to continue the training for launch. In the next update to the platform globally, the problem was fixed. Literally from my team's mouth to a change globally with in 1 week. CSOD take their client feedback extremely seriously.

We have been working on implementing Webex connections with our LMS, and we had some issues. Resolving the issue required going back and forth quite a bit until we were ultimately able to resolve the issue. CSOD service reps helped connect us with the engineers to resolve the issue. Now working well!

They usually solve all my cases. Sometimes I have had to resort to my gps to escalate the problem or I have had to find the solution myself but there is always someone in support willing to help you and they know the product inside out.

As I mentioned we have the choice customer package. So the rep we met with last week was phenomenal. She took the time to understand our issue. Took detailed notes and sent them to us to ensure she captured our challenged properly and she has scheduled a follow-up to address issues she could not resolve immediately.

In the past - about 4 years ago, I was struggling with setting up a permission. We had a dedicated excellent customer support person who was knowledgeable and helped me setup the permission in real time and worked through testing with me. She was amazing and I really appreciated her support with my issue.

It is mostly related to our complex part on Inbound and outbound feeds, custom scripts and projects we have and the maintenance part.
Some time back we have asked for a periodic review of these technical parameters and we have received what we have asked, now it's something we perform with CSOD every quarter.

One time, the new analytics platform, Reporting 2.0 - which we LOVE - was having issues. We reported the issues and the error message and quickly received a personalized reply that we were not the only clients reporting this. It was great to know we were not alone. The issue was addressed rapidly by the engineering team and then the product team wrote several enhancements into their quarterly release to improve the coding that might prevent this issue from recurring again. It has not recurred since.

Kerry Feather was the second CRM assigned to our team and was fantastic. She took time to assist in understanding how information flows in the system. Since she came from an HR background, she understood the challenges and was able to explain. I came up against a tight deadline to release a task to the organization and she last minute hopped on a call with me to ensure the task was set up correctly and would launch w/o issue. It was high profile so her support last minute was huge.

Our Customer Success Manager has provided excellent support many times. He is easily available through both email and phone and has escalated our support tickets when needed and reached out to other customers for their insights. Additionally, we have assisted other customers with our input and experiences when asked. There is a nice network of users in that respect.

We needed our course catalog cleaned up. Manually it would have been a huge burden and taken a very long time. I reached out to them and provided them with a list of things we wanted deleted and cleaned up and they did it, after seeking clarity and absolution, within one business day.
