  • We do not track formal ROI at Wynright. We feel we have a positive return on investment by offering non-restricted access to all training courses for all professional-level employees.
  • We were a family-owned company with no Human Resource Department until 2015. Being able to have performance reviews in Cornerstone has raised the company's professionalism.
  • On the negative side, we still have employees and managers who find the system difficult to use. These are typically employees who are less tech-savvy than average employees.

  • With the virtual instructor led training integration, we have been able to deliver more consistent training to our dispersed workforce and have it automatically tracked in the system.
  • Because of the customization opportunities, and flexible user management and assignment feature, we are able to always ensure the learners have access to the correct training based on where they live (the state where they sell insurance) and what language they speak.

  • Application numbers YoY are up by over 100%. This has been achieved without any additional marketing spend.
  • Time to hire has been reduced by 54%. The ability for candidates to sign e-sign offer letters means that most offers are being accepted within a matter of days, which helps us to have a better understanding of our overall staffing requirements/targets. We are no longer waiting for the morning post to see which candidates have accepted!
  • Incoming posts and emails into the Recruitment Department have reduced by 74%.
  • The planned reduction in headcount within the Recruitment Team has not yet been realized. Whilst, on the whole, we are seeing efficiencies, there are areas where we are having to introduce 'workarounds' that are eating up these efficiencies.

  • We were able to implement with Cornerstone OnDemand in a very short timeline, which helped us achieve our overall business goal of becoming a stand-alone company.
  • At go-live we received a lot of positive feedback from our users on the end-user experience. The system was reported as very user-friendly and easy to navigate. Since our previous LMS was looked at as a pain point, so positive experience will bring people into the tool and encouraging on-time completions.
  • We have internal businesses looking to get their training in our Cornerstone OnDemand LMS, as they are happy with the experience they are having as a user. This will help us achieve our goal of having one system for all learning at our organization.

  • Our business is reliant on providing and reporting on the amount of CPE credits our service professionals have. The learning product is essential in providing the ability to present our learners with CPE learning and to accurately report on the completed CPE training.
  • The self-service aspect of the system sending reminders has a large impact on the bottom line. We no longer have to dedicate a person to sending out reports on past due training. We still have to do a part of this since there is always the ones who ignore automated system reminders but it is greatly reduced.
  • Due to the ability of the system to allow custom fields and send out automated email reminders, we have reduced our dependency on manual functions and put the information in the hands of those who need it in a timely manner.
