Cornerstone is being used by our whole organization. For learning specifically, it's helping us accomplish the never ending question of how we can get learners to take training that isn't required of them. The learning platform has been incredible as it has allowed us to use a multitude of different learning objects. Whether that's through online classes, live trainings, materials, or video learning objects.

Cornerstone OnDemand is used by the company for training management, performance, and recruitment. However, I mainly deal with the learning aspect. We use it to implement and track compliance learning as well as personal development programmes and optional catalogue training that users can take on in their free time. We've recently started using the ILT functionality for events and sessions for both mandatory training and optional bitesize courses for users to book themselves into.

The Cornerstone OnDemand Applicant Tracking System is being used across the whole organization for recruitment purposes. Our recruiters create requisitions when new or replacement positions are needed, and we receive applications through the Cornerstone OnDemand Applicant Tracking System. We can review applications, schedule interviews, and extend offers through Cornerstone. Most departments do not utilize the interview scheduling feature.

At Wynright Corporation, we use Cornerstone OnDemand with our professional positions. Our manufacturing employees do not have access to computers during their workday, so they are not Cornerstone users. We use Cornerstone Learning for on-boarding and initial safety/compliance training. We assign one course per month to all professional employees. Different departments may assign specific training to their employees. We have third party content as well as nearly 90 courses we have developed posted in Cornerstone. We track hours of training per employee on a weekly basis and report these hours by department monthly to the executive team. Wynright Corporation has used Cornerstone Performance since 2015. The company had not had performance reviews as a company prior to that time. Cornerstone made it easy to develop a standard review for all employees and deploy it to all employees electronically rather than using paper forms. Each performance cycle, we improve the form and process. Reporting on status for each step of the process is easy and our executives have come to expect weekly progress reports.

Cornerstone OnDemand is currently being used by Southwest Powerpool as a company tool throughout our organization. We currently use the learning product the most. It is the source of record for training for our employees and our members. This is very helpful for audits. We utilize the Instructor-Led Training (ILT) function and online courses. We have a large number of active curriculums currently. The second product we use the most currently is Performance Management to manage performance reviews, goals, assessments, and development plans.

Cornerstone is being used across the whole organization. Currently, we use the learning and performance module.

Learning: currently many of our live professional development classes and required compliance classes are set-up, ran, and recorded on performance. This solves our business need of having a centralized location to track and manage work-related training. Currently, our issue is content. We tried to work with LinkedIn Learning, but had trouble setting it up with Cornerstone - specifically with single sign-on.

Performance: currently we have an annual performance review. We would like to see if there are capabilities within the performance to incorporate 360 reviews—more specifically peer reviews or possibly client reviews. We would also like to see if there is a possibility for the system to support more frequent feedback and meetings. Maybe conversations?

Cornerstone OnDemand is a very powerful and complex Learning Management System. It has become the foundation of our Employee Development Department. We have integrated the Cornerstone LMS into our company culture. Once we implemented the LMS, we quickly had entire departments wanting to utilize Cornerstone as the method to deliver and track employee training and development.

Previously, our company had not standardized a system to deliver and track training. Now with Cornerstone, we are able to automate the delivery of training based on a number of factors. We can push training to new employees when employees switch job titles or departments or assign training as needed. Using this system we have been able to deliver training more efficiently and it has allowed us to align training across our business and gives our management real-time ability to track employee training.

We have been able to roll-out company-wide training on updates to critical business processes is less than a week. Before Cornerstone, it would have taken us over a month to deliver this training and used valuable time and resources. Each company-wide training delivered through Cornerstone has a cost savings of approximately $35,000.

The complexity of this LMS does require considerable time to configure and learn, it has the power to solve virtually any training need. It is well worth the investment.

Currently, Cornerstone is being used by our field employees and their staff. When new hires come on board, we use the platform as part of our training plan, offering online learning in addition to recording our ILT training sessions. Our employees in the field span the entire state, so this helps us to offer on-demand training with less travel. In addition, it allows us to use our in-person training for more hands-on experiences, since the "lecture" content can be viewed within the LMS. Using online learning also allows us to offer more consistent training of our agents and their staff.

We utilize Cornerstone OnDemand in our organization in a multitude of different ways. From day one, our employees and future potential candidates are introduced to Cornerstone. We use it to track our applicants for our various positions throughout our organization, as well as maintaining an ongoing talent pool for key positions within each department. In addition, we use Cornerstone to roll out the new employee's onboarding plan and training matrices for their specific position to seamlessly introduce them to our company and their departments. Finally, we utilize Cornerstone's Performance module to actively manage our employee's performance on a semi-annual and annual basis.

We use Cornerstone 's Learning cloud for our field sales agents to take Product Knowledge courses, Compliance courses, and skills development courses and videos. Our users also participate in virtual instructor-led training sessions through an Adobe Connect integration. We like Cornerstone because it allows us to easily report out on completions, which is often needed for regulatory purposes. We also like Cornerstone because of the customization options that are available.

We implemented the Recruitment Suite to modernize and simplify our existing recruiting processes, making it quicker and easier for candidates to apply whilst enhancing their overall user experience. We are currently only using Cornerstone to focus on our high volume seasonal hires. If there are enough wins, we will be using Cornerstone to facilitate our senior/head office recruitment and onboarding programme.

We recognised the need to implement an online recruitment tool to standardise the recruitment process through one simple, central system.

This online tool also had to facilitate the introduction of assessments for external recruitment and to accommodate the different requirements within LuxairGroup, properly educating managers to be responsible for their own recruitment and to execute all requests and approvals online.

We also wished to find a recruitment solution which could offer the scope and possibility to develop beyond recruitment and towards a more business strategic talent acquisition.

Cornerstone offered us the best opportunity to use the same provider for their entire workforce and for every stage in the employee lifecycle. Having already used Cornerstone for training, LuxairGroup understood the benefits of the technology.

Close cooperation between Cornerstone and LuxairGroup helped to configure the system efficiently. Whenever LuxairGroup faced any particular difficulties, Cornerstone provided assistance by organising a workshop to demonstrate how to address and overcome them.
