Support Central / Global Support provides a high level of support once you get used to how it works. It's good because it forces you to think through problems yourself, provide screenshots to illustrate the issue. There are good help articles available.
I find online help very useful in most areas except for Custom Reports.
On occasion I have used the local mobile number to solve urgent issues - bear in mind you need to have opened a case and have a case number before you call,

Support is good but shaky at times. We have developed a very good relationship with support, which I think enhances the experience but it did take a bit of time. I do find that overall there is receptiveness to feedback and a desire to understand the needs/desires of the clients. Building up the support relationship is important and really does seem to dictate some of the experience you will have with them.

Cornerstone OnDemand provides excellent support. Depending on how quickly you need a response there is an answer. There is online help that has a great search function and lays everything out nice and neat. There is a customer Support Central that allows you to join online communities and ask for help from other users. They offer Office Hours EVERY DAY! You are able to be in a small group of other administrators and walk through your question or challenge you are having. You even have an option to be able to meet directly with a specialist for 1-on-1 discussions. You will NEVER feel unsupported by Cornerstone.

In my experiences, tickets can be open for a long time and do not always get resolved. This area may have improved since I last submitted a ticket to Cornerstone.

They are still working out issues with their support ticket system. I think we are now experienced enough that when we submit a ticket, there is not a quick easy answer and involves higher levels of support so it does tend to take a LONG time to get assistance.

When there is a major issue, their communication is getting better but when you have a defect to report or a high level support it's going to be a while.

They do have EXCELLENT online help, a very active online community where customers help customers and great user groups so there is other avenues of help.

They are doing a great job of creating new features and fixing anything that is broken. However, sometimes you have to wait until the next quarterly update to get something fixed. I also feel like their Global Product Support team could be better. Perhaps hiring additional people would help.

The only reason I gave that high a rating is because my CRM was fantastic. She was the second CRM assigned to us. The first didn't understand our organization and wasn't well fit. After a push for a new contact, the second contact was fantastic is increasing my understanding of the system. Their Global Product Support (tech support), they often didn't understand the ticket requests and often I gave up on resolution.

My issues have always been understood and resolved. I don't feel like I'm explaining it to someone who doesn't understand the system. Often times they know the issue and have quick fixes from their experiences.

Response times are ridiculously long. I've had ticket sit for 60 days without even an initial response. Often high priority tickets require escalation to get any traction on. I typically don't even open tickets any more unless there is an obvious issue because it takes so long to get a response.

I very rarely have a positive experience when dealing with Cornerstone support.
The only way to get a quick answer is to call them on the phone, and even then you are often put on hold or in a queue for a significant amount of time.
If you submit an online support case you can expect to wait at least a few days to get a response.
I regularly feel like I understand the system better than the support people I talk to.
