Intuitive Procurement Software which saves money
- Coupa has reports on savings achieved with sourcing events. This way savings can be measured and the performance of each sourcing team can be measured.
- Coupa Self service procurement supports punchout. This way a targeted store can be maintained by supplier for our company, where the catalog is maintained by the suppliers. This reduces catalog maintenance work for procurement team, who can now focus on other value added tasks.
- Coupa supplier portal helps in reducing the workload of accounts payables team. With coupa supplier portal suppliers can flip the purchase orders into invoices with few mouse clicks. This way invoices are automatically matched to the purchase orders. This way, instead of keying the invoices manually, accounts payables teams can focus on value added tasks like invoice hold resolution, reconciliation, audit, analytics etc.

Coupa Review
- The easy internal process to find. Given this is the same for all teams, I'd guess there is a positive impact from our Finance Team as they only have one tool they have to manage, pull reporting from, etc.
- Frustrating process, as mentioned at times this can be a frustrating tool to use, which I think causes a lot of employees (who are not on the Finance Team) to direct undue frustration towards the Finance Team, creating avoidable tensions.

Great AP Software!
- Positive impact is streamlining our processes
- Positive impact is easy to pull data
- Our staff have more time to spend teaching rather than worry about where their expense report is at in the process
- The accounting team spends less time having to fix errors that existed in our old system. We no longer have to manually add user because it is all automated with our HR system.
- The accounting team can easily review receipts and approve/reject reports. We are going to be better prepared for our annual audits due to our enhanced controls over Expense reporting with Coupa.

- Coupa is an extension of our ERP. It has provided value by delivering visibility and transparency in our spend management.
- The adoption by all is a key deliverable for us. In order to take advantage of the visibility, we need all spend under management in Coupa. We are moving in this direction with very positive feedback from our end users.
- We will drive savings by being able to negotiate with our suppliers with the analytics that Coupa provides. Coupa allows us to track supplier performance and manage the relationship in real time.

- The Sourcing Module has returned our investment 23 times on an annualized basis.
- We're now SOX compliant and as a public company, that's keeping us compliant with our corporate charter.
- Having one central invoicing location has reduced our AP calls significantly. Our suppliers now have visibility into where their invoice is in the payment cycle. We also have a much higher invoice-to-pay cycle.
