Creatio helped us automate a large number of customer-facing operations across the entire organization. The low-code technology helped us configure the platform so that it easily mirrors the desired process scenarios. It was easy to integrate Creatio with third-party solutions to create a unified IT infrastructure within our company.
  • Creatio’s strength lies in its ability to adjust to business expectations. Out-of-the-box solutions allowed us to start using the system from the beginning of the implementation process, and low-code technology helped eventually develop required workflows.
Cons
  • It’s important to test system updates before implementation, as it can affect custom processes.
The system would be the most beneficial for medium-sized and big companies that want to improve their business process efficiency.

An amazing CRM solution that we used to replace Salesforce.

Our entire investment organization uses Creatio for our CRM. We replaced Salesforce with Creatio earlier this year. We use it to keep track of all of our new leads, pipelines, team activity and outreach.

Cons
  • I wish they had [a] dynamic search in their search bar when you're looking up companies.
Originally with Salesforce, it was really difficult to cater the solution to our specific needs. There were hundreds of output fields that we never used, but that would be included in our reports because we couldn't get rid of them. Now with Creatio, we can custom create and design an interface that includes what we need. It's easy to manage, I can change the interface from my team's if I want to and there's a great mobile app as well.

Bpm’online has assisted our company in organizing our accounting processes. In many cases processes were being practiced, however, nothing was documented. Alternatively, processes were documented but not being practiced. Now, all processes are organized. Each user’s activity is identified and each user held accountable. With this complete oversight, human error is easily identified and corrected and processes easily adjusted to minimize mistakes.
  • A generous selection of Accounting Connectors, Add-ons and Software Solutions.
  • We have not had to go outside of the bpm’online software in search of such applications.
Cons
  • The time needed to sift through our company processes. It was an intensive, organization project to undertake before we could even think about implementation.
Prior to thinking about migrating to an automated process software, it is imperative to review internal processes. It would be a huge time-saver.

Landmark Cinemas uses Creatio for our Sales team as a CRM. Creatio has proven to be very customizable for our unique workflows and business cases. By automating business processes, we have eliminated a large portion of our administrative tasks and can better focus on building and nurturing client relationships. The low-code structure allows for quick and easy changes without programming knowledge or experience.

Cons
  • Some documentation in the Creatio Academy is outdated or could benefit from video examples.
Changing CRMs can be a very daunting proposition. Creatio's Support and Customer Success teams have been nothing short of fantastic as we recently navigated this change. The regular check-ins helped ensure we had the tools we needed to be successful. I do not have any programming background or experience. Creatio's low-code design has allowed me to implement the majority of changes very easily without additional third-party consultants. Some of the resource documents have not been updated to current versions of the software and/or would benefit from 'How to' videos for the novice user/administrator.

We are utilizing Creatio as an enterprise CRM and business process management solution. Implementing Creatio is a part of our digital transformation journey. The system has enabled the smooth execution of our business application suite by amalgamating five disparate solutions under one umbrella. We'll have a much better user experience for all things associated with our business, one location for all of our business processes, and severely improved data for analytics.
  • Creatio's client success team is super. The team is collaborative, solution-oriented, and client-driven. We have weekly meetings with the team. They show up prepared with solutions/ideas to business requests and they are clearly engaged.
  • Creatio's infrastructure team has been critical to our ability to execute our cloud strategy. They have worked with us to set up our testing and production environments within Azure, assisted in testing, and are responsive and flexible to our unique requirements.
  • Creatio has been very flexible to requests for customization. We have taken their low-code out-of-the-box solution and "Ringlerized" it. The benefit for us is an application that meets our niche business needs.
Cons
  • Creatio relies quite a bit on implementation partners. Understanding their clients' business is critical to good requirements. We didn't see strong analysts in the project and ended up hiring two.
  • Broader, more diverse color schemes and customizable client logos, branding across the UI would be very nice to have.
  • A more engaging and robust document management solution to go along with their business process management workflows would have helped our project.
Any organization seeking a solution that executes business rules and workflows in addition to a CRM should consider this product. I think the system’s flexibility makes it well suited for multiple organizations that need to orchestrate their internal operations and create tailor-made processes to achieve business goals.
