As previously mentioned, the team that works on tickets is amazing, I get an elaborate response within 24 hours and they really think together with me on how to solve issues and create new checkpoints. The only reason why I'm giving a 9 is that the company contact could be improved with something like newsletters and less automated mails.

DQM support teams are responsive and knowledgeable, and will spend time working directly with client and agency teams to ensure the best outcomes are achieved. I can't fault the level of input and engagement from Crownpeak support teams across the board.

Crownpeak DQM support was fantastic! We started off with weekly calls to go over any issues or questions we had, but eventually moved it to monthly since the tool was so easy to learn. All of my questions were met with clear answers. If I had an issue between calls, I was able to email their support group and almost always got an answer or solution the same day.

Online support [is] always quick to reply and usually [has] a fix ready and implemented within hours. Regular catch-ups with Account Managers [have] ensured that issues are addressed even more quickly, with the ability to see the results within days following a re-crawl of the sites.
