Sales, technical and account support have been great for us. Reactive when we have questions, but also proactive in getting involved to understand client requirements from our CX perspective and offer thoughts on interoperability, adaptation and integration possibilities. Developer training was also a good experience, with some very experienced and knowledgable trainers spending quality one on one time with our team.

Crownpeak's support team is very prompt and well equipped to answer questions or resolve issues. I would like to see more involvement by peers in the new Crownpeak Community Portal but suspect that will happen over time.

The support we receive is great. Our inquiries are responded to very fast, and we have had no turnover on our account for nearly 5 years which is almost unheard of. This means our support team has a lot of domain knowledge and familiarity with our unique set up making troubleshooting and break/fix inquiries fast and easy.

Their support replies quickly and they have a portal where you can track your issues. They are willing to get on the phone with you and work through complex issues and their sales team will assist as well. They actually pay attention when you bring up issues and will offer workarounds and occasionally emergency patches when needed. They are not scared to dig into your specific implementation with experts on the phone or in person to get something resolved.

We get pretty quick responses from our main support guy, but he frequently needs to forward the questions to the technical team, which can take much longer to get back to us.

The support team is prompt to respond and professional in their communications. I don't recall an instance of being disappointed with the support team, if only their assistance wasn't required so frequently. Telephone support is available 24/7 for escalated, "outage" issues which does provide peace of mind for mission-critical aspects of our Website.
