We found one system among many systems that work much better than the others, Cyber Recruiter simplifies the work, automates the ability to choose a new colleague. It was implemented very quickly, we personally take care of customizing it to our liking so that the hiring of new staff is much better and the staff with the ideal characteristics that we request is chosen. Cyber Recruiter is a web-based program that solves all problems related to it. Through it, we can follow up job applications for new employees and follow up existing employees through a fairly smooth interface, but it needs some training to become easy to work on human resources and facilitates work and job hiring of work applications through it.

We have been using Cyber Recruiter in our Human Resources department throughout our organization. Our business has four sectors, and each sector has their own recruiting team. Each team uses Cyber Recruiter to track our candidates that we are having go through the interview/hiring/onboarding process. Using this database has been helping us to keep everything on track; keep everything going smooth; making sure no candidate gets stuck in some part of the process, rather than doing everything by paper which can be a complete mess.
