Cylance vs the wild, wild internet
- Nothing negative, cost point vs what the solution has protected us against is priceless.
- If a threat has been quarantined there's no need to wake up and have to deal with a threat at that moment in time. It's safely stored away with no permissions and can be deleted via the console.
- Weekday support has always been great with them.
- Weekend support has been iffy but once able to get someone any issue was resolved quickly.

Antivirus made easy that WORKS
- We are spending less time troubleshooting potential attacks - all alerts go to our management interface and we can globally clear/block items.
- Users are not getting upset at the resources taken by antivirus - they feel they got their speedy machine back.
- ROI is good because it doesn't take up a lot of our time to manage.
- We no longer have to have infrastructure to support this, so there is no cost in that respect.
- We have not had any negative impacts using their software.

Don't lose sleep over Virus Protection.
- We have seen no malicious executions of malware (e.g. Cryptos) since the roll-out of this software. Our previous solution missed many examples of this causing our IT team a great deal of trouble and time wasted recovering from lost data incidents.
