Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Dashlane is suited for Professionals and Business. It keep us secure from external threats and we can keep our team account secure by creating temporary password which expires after some duration of time. It's one of the best tool which work on mobile devices as well and gives us double security on both desktop and smartphones.

We are able to share account information, passwords and other shared secrets around the organization. The granular ability to determine who has access, to which groups or teams individuals are a part of and flexibility of how to break up access is very useful. It is highly accessible to all users from anywhere they are working, but has strong security features providing the peace of mind that our data is secure. I would not necessarily recommend this for home or personal use and the interface can be a bit daunting and lacks refinement.

My opinion is that it works well for a company with a limited number of users but just does not yet offer the company admin the level of monitoring and control that I would like to see, particularly for companies with a large number of users and/or a high turnover rate where employees leave frequently and there is no way to access their saved company logins—at least none that I can find.

There are many scenarios such as Personal Password Management, Team and Business Password Management, Enhancing Security, and Emergency Access, Scenarios where it is less appropriate are Large Enterprises, Limited Internet Access, Budget Constraints, and Resistance to Cloud-Based Solutions.

It is well suited in org where password protection is mandatory. Most companies need it hence as the service you're providing needs to have a secure vault and this is where dashlane comes in picture. Also great as a authenticator app. Even has VPN for those that need. It is less suited for personal projects.

It is a recommended tool for all sizes of organizations. It helps us to securely store passwords and to keep everything in one place for particular projects. Dashlane also allows us to securely share the passwords and that feature makes our project handling more easy.

We find Dashlane very well suited to handle our corporate passwords at every level of the company and for every person that works here. It solved our password-sharing problem in a secure way and helped in enforcing our guidelines around credentials via its admin console. Overall, we are used to it so much that it's hard to consider going back without compromising on security.

If you want to enforce password safety in your organization and you're managing multiple users, Dashlane makes it super easy. It allows people to store both personal and work passwords and takes away access from employees who have left and have logins tied to their work email. It's also great to create groups at work and give everyone the same passwords simply by adding them to the group.

Well Suited: Secure Password Generator, Dark Web Monitoring, Password Search Features, and Secure Notes.

The free account option is limited to use on only one device.
This restriction can be frustrating for users who require multi-device access without upgrading to a paid plan. But Dashlane is definitely worth considering nonetheless.

I can't really say a scenario where Dashlane is inappropriate. You can add all kinds of payment info to Dashlane, and eventhough we haven't used that particular feature, I can say that it is data that is safe and sound. Dashlane is highly protective of it's access. It's great at providing credentials, at storing sensitive data. It is a tool I highly trust. If you pay subscriptions to several tools or services, doing the right thing of not using the same password, this is the right tool to help you manage all that.

It's great for personal and company use. If you deal with multiple teams requiring access to multiple products and have to keep managing who has access, this makes it a breeze. The plugin makes it very convenient to locate passwords manually if required and also helps in logging in. There's an autofill feature as well.

Dashlane Premium is best suited for medium to large organizations that have a number of employees that share acount access to specific tools. It reduces the friction within HR when onboarding and offboarding people. I would recommend the free version if someone were to use it for personal use. However, it is also better to upgrade if you are using Dashlane on multiple devices.

It is an amazing tool for everyone. Anyone can utilize it, as it is very easy to use this software, and one can use it to save all of their important passwords. It is a kind of software that can empower one’s business. One can add more identities to it for a single domain. The thing that is not good about it is that it has some bugs and its customer service is poor.

Dashlane is really simple to use and it looks polished. We liked this product in certain projects where a better experience was needed. Dashlane has a nice feeling when using it, you feel like you're using trustable, good designed software, and I love when my clients and team members get to experience that. It makes us look more professional than other options.

I've used many of the top password management apps, and Dashlane is just as good (if not better) than the rest of them. Dashlane does a great job creating safe passwords, and it's nice to be able to use Dashlane on any of my devices. In addition to passwords, you can also store notes, payments, personal info, and IDs in the app.

Well Suited:
  1. Organization Management: Dashlane has the ability to setup groups of people who can get access to items.
  2. Password Generation: This software makes good passwords that are secure.
  3. Low Tech-Literacy: For those in your organization that are not great at managing passwords, Dashlane makes it relatively easy.
Poorly Suited:
  1. Customization: Dashlane is not good at being able to control the way your passwords work or are generated.
  2. Browser Integration: Dashlane takes over so many field that it makes using a browser too difficult.
  3. Searching: When searching, it limits to certain fields and returns too many results, while excluding secure notes etc.

Dashlane is great for those that have multiple logins or passwords to keep straight among multiple platforms. It's such an easy way to grant access to accounts to other employees when needed! I don't know how we got by without Dashlane before! Would not recommend if you only have a few logins to remember for just yourself. Great for team settings.

Dashlane is great for centralizing all of your accounts and keeping all the logins information in one location for anyone who easily misplaces this information or is forgetful. This also is its downfall as well because it is hard to trust any single source of centralization because if it were ever to be breached, it would be devastating.

Dashlane is well suited for a company or individual who likes to stay organized and is willing to take the time to really make sure they are using the application as it is supposed to be used. It has a learning curve. In a scenario where a company just wants to start throwing passwords and logins into an app and expecting everything to run smoothly, Dashlane would not be a great fit.

Dashlane is well suited for end-users who are looking to get themselves a password manager for personal use. They must be using Mac or Windows primarily and install the local client to access all of the features needed to work properly. It is relatively inexpensive for end-users as well.
